I cannot recommend Char-Nel Pools enough. They are a family-run business and really strive to do their best. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they send out qualified staff to open and close the pools. We had trouble with our salt-water cell and they ordered the part and returned to install it without us calling to remind them it needed to be done. A few years ago I told the company we were using that I wasn't happy with the pressure from the jets and they just ignored me. Our Char-Nel guy spent 20 minutes figuring out how to get better pressure for us and recommended how to keep

Illness in the family led to the pool getting neglected and the primary pool caretaker in the hospital for an extended stay. The people here were very helpful in putting me on the right track to clear the pool up and get it ready for closing. Come time to close and the guys from Charnel did a great job vacuuming up and closing the pool for winter. Very happy with my experience.

PROS: Convenient location, FREE water testing. CONS: The owner and the ladies who run it don't seem to like people that look different from them. No warm greeting of hellos, attitude from the women at the front counter. The water tester woman is the only one who tries to be somewhat business-like. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had whipped cream in my pool from a bunch of 11 year girls at a pool party and it was so cloudy. I went through a plethora of guess work on my own to know avail I could not get it clean. These folks tested my water at no charge and the advice was great. The staff there was very informative and friendly and patient. This is truely a nice Mom n Pop business who help me a pathedic novist pool owner and guided me like a was a 2nd grader, not a scientist, they will do the same for you.
