Air and Plumbing system changed our old gas-heated hot water to an all-electric heat-pump one. They did all the work including installing new electrical supply line in two days, and supplied the new Hot Water Heat Pump (HWHP). We now have a 50 gallons all-electric HWHP that can provide four hot showers one after the other without any problem. The subsequent inspection by the City of Palo Alto took less than 10 minutes. The inspector commented that when the job is done right, the inspection is easy and fast. Thanks for the great job!

Very responsive initially. Technician correctly diagnosed the issue with the AC. Filter had not been changed, was dirty and frozen in place. However, he refused to take it out and replace it with the new one offered. Specially since he had the ladder already setup. Had to borrow a ladder and swap it ourselves.
Would not hire again.

Mark is a good guy, but ultimately I did not have a good experience having a heat pump water heater installed. His hired guy who actually did the work, also a nice guy from Belarus, did not speak any English and seemed new on the job. The installation was a bit messy, the piping was not cleanly installed.
Subsequently we had a lot of issues with the water heater. A lot of that was likely due to the heater itself, which the installer obviously isn't reponsible for, but there is some chance that the installation was a factor.

We had a great experience working with Mark on a complex HVAC project. Their team was very professional, completed the project on time, assisted with the city inspection, and helped with the BayRen rebate which helped save $1400. Before giving Mark the project, we did shop around for estimates, and we found Mark's estimate the best and reasonable among everyone we spoke to. Mark and Sergii saved me from a huge crisis. I'm 7 months pregnant and our landlord had previously had someone "fix" our AC. Long story short, it was never fix, that is until Mark sent Sergii over. He was very pleasant to chat with while he figured out what was wrong with the AC. Mark and his crew came highly recommended to us and they didn't disappoint. We had two projects; install a mini-split system and a tankless water heater. We received several quotes for our mini-split system and Mark was able to offer a solution none of the others did. We love our new ducted system with three different zone thermostats. Crew was great. With carrier furnaces, it's always better to hire a professional, and you need the right kind of pro. Not every technician knows how to work on those. Mark and his employees are very honest and always tells me what is wrong correctly instead of charging me exorbitant price for blaming on equipment failure.
Mark did a move of furnace to Attic at a very reasonable price and great quality.
I asked him later to add some more ducts and again he did at a very reasonable price.
My furnace was not working since yesterday and today they found the fuse blew. Again very honest.

I had not tried to turn on my furnace until just this last week (early Nov 2020). Like most things in 2020, it didn't do what it was supposed to do. I called the number on my furnace (the company that installed it, Magic Mechanical, 15 years ago) and it went to these guys (as the got who installed it has since retired - all the best Bob!).

The technician they sent out were great- he was on time, worked quickly, and was got the job done. He was able to explain everything to me about the scope of work that was about to be done and gave me a clear timeline of when things would be done. The guys at this company are awesome. I loved working with this company, they got some really great professionals that know what they are doing. Initially called them for some routine maintenance for our super old heater, but at this point it was too far gone to be fixed. The two maintenance guys that came out were great - Vitalii and Sergey, they recommended us a good heater and gave us a great price for installation. Very transparent and honest

Due to sub-flooring access issue, we had an estimator from a different company essentially tell us he won't take the job because it was too difficult. Air&Plumbing guys made it work, and did a bang up job!
We absolutely love our new AC!
