Very professional! We dealt with a "shady" vendor and after multiple horrible visits we finally got Davila to come out and actually find the issue instead of throwing darts. Everything was explained, and he took the time to communicate instead of rushing in and rushing out. Great customer service and results. I HIGHLY recommend Davila Plumbing!

Luis, who is one of the owners, came out at around 10:30 PM to fix my toilet and bathtub overflowing. He Is extremely good and patient in explaining the problem to me So that i can understand what the exact specific plumbing issue I have and what kind of solutions I can take now and in the future. I really appreciate the time and his high quality work. He doesn't push for anything further when unnecessary. I have to say his price is not cheap but reasonable for the whole service provided. Highly recommended. So professional !

Had an issue with my sink backing up and as soon as an appointment was confirmed the tech, Joshua, showed up and was able to get the sink flowing again. He explained the issue, how to prevent it from happening again, and gave excellent advice.

The tech was friendly, extremely well versed in his craft, funny, and got my drainage issue fixed.

I would absolutely recommend both the company as well as Joshua in particular for any kind of plumbing repair after this experience.

We rent a house. We got our sewage clogged and sewage hatch was flooded and there was *really* dirty poodle with bad smell.
So, I requested maintenance from my property management at noon, and around 5pm guys from Davila called me (twice) and scheduled the visit in an hour. Joshua came and did all the work! He was very nice, wearing mask, keeping distance, not entering home (all done on front yard). He asked just couple of questions.
I am completely satisfied by his work.
Just perfect experience - made request, got visit scheduled by phone and got all work done.

Davila Plumping installed an outdoor clean-out which required concrete removal, digging, install, and concrete re-pouring. They did an excellent job and came in way under their quote b/c the piping was not as deep as estimated. They revised their quote to the lower value. Talk about honest and hardworking! Work done 2017 and has held up with the test of time.

I have had my kitchen remodeled and am now remodeling the bathrooms. Davila plumbing worked with me for both of those projects. They do great work. My kitchen is perfect, and I know my bathroom will be, too.
I also call them for just the regular plumbing issues we all have. They respond quickly, do great work, and are affordable. I feel confident in their work, and also comfortable with them being in my house, even when I can't be there.
I hope they are always in business because they are my go to company now.

January 2020 more than 4 months after a second job for Davila Plumbing Company in September 2019, we received a credit card charge of $191.47. No heads up courtesy call. Even after we asked about, no explanation why they waited so long to charge the credit card. Only that we owe it. Now we have to try to remember 4 months ago and prove we don't owe it? What professional does that?

They have issues over there if it takes 4 month to submit a credit card charge. We will no longer recommend them nor do business with Davila Pluming Company.

By far the best Plumbing Company, I have ever worked with. Luis was FANTASTIC!! He has very high standards of knowledge. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He really went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. We had an emergency at our home and were unable to use any water faucet as it would bounce back up to the kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. It was horrible and a major inconvenience! Luis was able to work with my schedule and came to my house around 4pm (same day appointment) He was very professional and came well prepared. Long story below. Short story is that their plumber failed to properly install a toilet. We now have close to $10k in damages and these plumbers will not admit fault or help with damages. Unethical and incompetent.

I'm writing this review in hopes that no one else becomes a victim of davila plumbing company.

We contacted them because of the great reviews on Yelp to install a new toilet. For a plumber that should be a walk in the park right? Not for davila. After installing our new toilet, a couple months later there was a small leak in our kitchen ceiling. We had them come out again in the plumber said it was because of a faulty toilet. So we contacted the toilet company , who sent us a new one and he reinstalled it.

This review is for the bad communication, attitude and professionalism.
I schedule a time to have someone to come and replace a toilet. I ask them precisely to call me 20min before getting to my house. That didn't happen.
JOSHUA, the guy they sent. Didn't wear his shoe covers, he place the old toilet bottoms screws next to my tooth paste on the cabinet counter and clean the pills from removing the old toilet was clean with my own bath mat.
After asking him to move his truck out the way on the street, he refused telling me to talk to his supervisor.

Our leasing co. hired Davila to fix a kitchen leak that caused a soggy mess! I was so impressed by the clear communication Davila's owner (and onsite plumber Joshua) provided. Receiving updates and realistic expectations as we worked through red tape associated with the homeowner, leasing co. and HOA made a world of difference!

Throughout the project, Joshua worked hard and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very personable and left our kitchen clean.

What can I say about Davila plumbing but simply they are the best at what they do. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays.
I've used Davila plumbing twice and both times they have exceeded my expectations. They have gone above and beyond.
