This was not the first time we used MTZ Plumbing service and it's always been a great and quality service provided by Tim! He was very responsive and has very flexible schedule and always accomodate our time preference, We are lucky to have found a trustworthy person (Tim) to take care of our plumbing needs as we are new here in Gilroy. He is very courteous, followed covid protocols of wearing face masks and appreciate him always wearing shoe covers as well! Very very reasonable price for the quality of work provided and he even came back to do the additional service he quoted and promised

So I walked into my house after work one evening and much to my surprise my carpet was drenched in water. Went into the master bathroom and found that a pipe had broken and appeared to have been running for hours. After cleaning up 75% of the mess I jumped onto the web and found MTZ Plumbing had a five star rating and decided to give them a try. They were able to give me a four hour window. Much to my surprise they were on time. Fernando introduced himself and jumped right to the problem. He was very professional and fix the problem within an hour. I would recommend MTZ Plumbing.

MTZ Plumbing was very helpful and professional with helping me find the cause of a water leak in my garage. In the end it was a faulty refrigerator and so I had to cancel my appointment, but I can tell with my interactions with them that they are an honest company. I will not hesitate to call them for future plumbing needs.

They responded quickly to my inquiry and we settled on an appointment. Then they contacted me about the possibility of showing up even earlier than expected, which was fantastic. Hector determined the problem, offered me a couple of options for repairs, and even went to Home Depot to see if he could find an exact part. Before he left, he volunteered to check the high-pressure step-down valve on the main waterline, which he had noticed while turning off the valve so he could do his work. The hose blew out on the washer and water went everywhere, late in the afternoon and after a frantic search and scan of the reviews, I called MTZ, they sent out Tim 30 minutes later. He's was great! Covid precautions taken: masked, gloves & booted, he fixed the problem in less than an hour, helped vac up water and did a quick moisture check of the walls. A+ service! WILL USE AGAIN!!

We had a great experience working with MTZ Plumbing. They were incredibly fast to respond to my request for a quote and I was able to set up a time with them right away. Found this place threw Yelp , called them for a clogged toilet. Turns out it wasn't a clogged toilet. A different plumber installed our house filter by mounting it next to our sewer line and left a screw in there. So. Tim, a savage beast of a plumber from Mtz spent 6 hours trying everything he could before we determined that it was not fixable. Good news was he determined what was causing the problem and I was able to get the other plumber out to fix it and repair the damage. Would HIGHLY recommend Tim and Mtz.

Great service and great care!
The plumber, Tim, showed up with a mask and covered his shoes-- a great, cordial detail. He took a look at the kitchen sink and noticed that one of the screws needed to be replaced. He meticulously took care of it; replaced the screw; and did an expedient and fantastic job! ---no more leaking sink.

We recently moved to Gilroy and had a water softener and water filter issue. We tried fixing it ourselves but it started leaking and we needed someone quick to come and fix them. Tim was swift and gave us for a free consultation, agreed to the job, and came back the next day to fix it.
Tim has done an excellent job with the softener and a small plumbing job for the water filter. He was kind enough to also guide us through a water filter installation too that wasn't part of the deal.
I would highly recommend Tim!
