Gonzalez Tree Care was established in North Carolina in 1998 by it's founder Mr. Jose Gonzalez, with a lot of effort and passion for nature and love of trees, was born Gonzalez Tree Care Inc, over the years he worked hard to convert and consolidate the amazing company that it is today, thanks to the help of all it's incredible clients who trusted him from the beginning, none of this would have been possible without their trust.
Over the years we have safely removed hundreds of trees, and we know the situation of each of them, either emergency service or for land clearing, we are professionals knowing each grade of the tree that we are going to remove. With our tree pruning service we can avoid the disorderly growth of branches and future complications, it is the most common procedure we use and we need to eliminate some branches before removing the tree.
We provided our residential and commercial tree care services, in an honest and reliable way, we take care of customer satisfaction and guarantee it by protecting the investment they have made in their property. Mr. Gonzalez and his team removed 13 trees from our backyard and did a wonderful job! It was a complicated project but he manages the crane with great expertise.

Had a great experience up until the end. After they came out and did the job, there was still some additional pruning that I felt was originally included in the quote that had not been done.
I never received an invoice after the work was done, but I called for a week trying to make payment and negotiate a reduced fee for the work that had not been done. No response.
Finally a month later, I get a call back about having not paid. I let them know the situation and they said they would have the owner, Jose, call me.

I received quotes from 11 different tree service removal companies including Gonzalez Tree Care. It took most of the other companies 1-2 days to even return my call and even longer to schedule an estimate. Brian at Gonzalez Tree Care returned my call the same day and came out to my home first thing the next morning. He immediately called me back to go over the estimate and talk about price and the work needing to be down. Two things really impressed me. This could have have been a 5 if they showed up at the time we agreed to. The weather had some responsibility for the delay but a simple phone call would have elevated the review to 5 stars. After several quotes to remove and grind a stump, I went with Gonzalez Tree Service because of the attention given to me and the quote when discussing the job. They set a date, showed up with a full crew, cut down a 20 foot maple, ground the stump and removed all the waste. They were extremely courteous and clean up the work area completely. If I need tree work I won't even bother with several quotes
