Very pleased with service received. Very quick turnaround from inquiry, quote and work performance. Utilities were marked the day before tree removal - highly efficient work - trees and stumps were gone in less than 3 hours. Very pleasant and organized work crew. Especially notable - the care for my and the surrounding neighbors property. Trees were in tight spots to be removed from - close to water power and gas lines.

Derwin and his crew were absolutely fantastic. He gave me a very quick, reasonable quote, and on the day of service his men did excellent work on a tricky job. His crew were cautious, courteous, wore masks, and made sure to even clean the area when they finished. It's great to know I have my "tree guy."

Derwin showed up for the quote exactly when he said he would. He gave us a great quote to take down six massive pines on the side of our house. The crew showed up on time, and were completely prepared and organized. It was so impressive to see how efficiently and quickly they worked. Those six massive trees were hooked up to the cherry picker and pulled straight up to and over to the street, never touching any of the hardwoods that would remain, then out into the street, gently placed, and cut up and put in trucks to take off the property. The clean up during and at the end of the job was amazing

I had Young's Tree Tech remove an extremely large oak that had started cracking at the bottom and was falling into some other trees on my neighbor's lot. Derwin Young and his crew knew exactly what to do with this tree, had the right equipment and worked very efficiently. I contacted him about this tree on Sunday afternoon, he was here at 7:30 Monday morning, and the tree was completely gone by 11. I've had the opportunity to have major tree work done by a couple of different companies lately, and the previous company was like watching medieval surgery...with Derwin it was more like modern heart

Our experience with Young's Tree Tech was fantastic from start to finish. He responded to our request for a quote immediately, and was out to the house within a day or so to assess what needed to be done and give the quote - which was extremely reasonable. We had to reschedule the service due to the weather, and he was extremely communicative and prompt about getting us in as soon as possible. Tree Removal and Pruning. Youngs Tree Tech, LLC came to our house today to take out a very tall pine tree and to prune/trim many, many limbs that were either on the house or getting close. We were so impressed with the job they did (and were very reasonable compared to other quotes we had gotten). The crew was amazing, each one came and said hello/waved to us, made sure they had gotten all the limbs we wanted taken out, made recommendations about "balancing" the look of the trees. And the clean up was AMAZING! Except for the stump (that they are coming back to grind this afternoon

We had 6 very large trees removed from my son's home in Cary. Derwin and his crew were all extremely knowledgeable and efficient in completing the job. They showed up on time and proceeded taking the trees down which required the use of a large crane as the largest tree had branches over top of the house, and another tree in the back yard was removed by cutting it and lifting it over the house. Young's Tree Tech came out this week and did a great job cutting down multiple trees, clearing wood debris piles, grinding stumps, and providing wood chips. The team worked amazingly well together and were extremely efficient. Derwin Young was very responsive and accommodating and worked right along with his team onsite. My call was returned within 12 hours and Mr Young was there the next morning to give me a quote (VERY reasonable!). He scheduled the work for one week out and the crew arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Young's came highly recommended by some friends of ours. We wanted to have them come out to pull down about 6 trees. Derwin reached out to me by phone and then text. He asked for my availability, which didn't match up with his, which was no problem. He told me when he was available and I arranged my schedule to be at home when he said he'd be able to come out and provide an estimate. On the morning of the scheduled estimate, I sent a message to confirm for that afternoon and never heard back. That afternoon, I was no call/no showed.

Young's was doing extensive tree work directly across the street and their big cranes needed access to our property to complete it. Although they did their best, some damage occurred to the lawn which they admitted to. By way of compensation, Mr. Young agreed to chip and remove a rather large pile of dead limbs that I had on the property and he was good to his word. His guys came back on another day and did a great job. We all know that accidents happen, but finding someone who can work through it is key. Thanks again for that.

I highly recommend Young's Tree Tech. I have used Derwin before so when I had a monster tree that needed to come down I thought of him immediately. He has his own crane which was needed since this tree was leaning over my townhouse. He was reasonable in price and prompt when he gave me a time he and his crew would be there. Have used them before at a previous home so I called to get them assistance with another job. Called back promptly and scheduled a visit for proposal. Derwin gave us a very reasonable estimate and then worked us in the next day. Took down 5 trees and limbed up one very large tree. Had 6-7 crew out and it only took them about 1 hour to do the whole job. They were very conscious of my neighbors and cleaned up everything when they left. Extremely satisfied and will continue to call them for services they perform!

Outstanding! If you need any kind of tree, big or small, call Young's Tree Tech. I've had them take down many trees in my yard. The entire crew is professional and personable. They cleaned up every branch down to the leaves and pine needles.

The receptionist asks what type of service you need and passes your contact info along to the crew manager that handles your area. She tells you to expect a call within 24 hours. The first time I waited a week before calling back. The receptionist told me she remembered me and would make sure I got a call back that same day. That was five days ago.
With so many other tree services in the area I am not calling a third time to beg Youngs to take my business.

Young's Tree Tech got the job done! I had a single large dead southern magnolia in my front yard, and I called several tree removal companies for quotes. Majority of the companies provided quotes that were rather high for a single tree removal and stump grinding. They said the job is easy, but they have a minimal charge requirement of $550. Needless to say, they lost my business because of their "minimal charge".
