SNG are real professionals. They came out on time and inspected for leakage that was coming down the chimney. After going on the roof and inspecting the crown, they determined that replacement would fix the problem. It took about 2 hours and they were finished. In the rains of last week, we had no water come down the chimney flue. Great Job!

The guys called in advance to ask if it was ok to come earlier than scheduled, which I didn't have a problem with. They were very professional, had everything they needed, explained what they'd be doing, and thoroughly cleaned my two chimneys and fireplaces at a very reasonable fee. Had to have a crown replaced, a new stainless steel pipe installed, and the another crown repaired. Gary went above and beyond what was expected; he also patched some of the motar joints on the chimney, sealed the new cap with a crown coat, and resealed a pipe inside the house on my oil furnace. Great customer care! I would recommend them to anyone.

We called SNG and reached Scott. He put us right on their schedule. Two days later, Gary came out, cleaned our chimney and gave us a safety inspection.

Guys showed up on time. However, they didn't bring their own shovel to clean out the ashes, used the one from my fireplace decorative set. They didn't bring anything to put the ashes into for removal, I had to provide a trash bag. They didn't entirely clean all the ashes out from the fireplace. The remaining ashes, they opened the ash dump door and swept the remainder in there. I asked if they were going to clean the ashes out from the exterior clean out door...he replied that there wasn't that much, didn't need to. Okay, they may have not swept that much down but, there's no way to know how much

We have a house in downtown Fredericksburg with a dangerous roof, but Gary and the guys came out and lined and capped our chimneys beautifully. I highly recommend them. Not only are they good at their job, but they're great people too! If you are looking for chimney service, look no further.

SNG Chimney is old school in their dedication to customers. I recently scheduled a cleaning and inspection and when the crown and cap were needing repair/replacement they offered to either reschedule or complete the work immediately. I had taken time from work that day so I opted for immediate repair which they completed professionally and efficiently. I heard them calling the next customer to communicate the new timeframe which was still within the window of time scheduled.
