Just moved into a new place and had the chimney inspected and cleaned. Jeff was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. He really knew his craft and was super clean. In and out in about 1hr. Will be using this company again for sure.

Jeff added a chimney cap to my chimney and gave me worthless warranty. I sent him a photo of the crack in the cap and he ignored my email. When I called him to discuss it he acknowledged that there was a crack, made an appointment to repair it, and then failed to show up. He is now ghosting me and not returning my calls. A warranty like this is not a warranty.
P.S. I followed Jeff's instructions to let it "cure" before
painting (which he denies in his response to my review here).

I love family owned businesses, and this is one is excellent. They came on time, worked quietly & quickly, and was super clean. They were very professional, respectful, friendly, and honest. We will definitely use this company again.
