Great company! My mother and step father both caught covid and my mother ended up getting hospitalized. I wanted to get her house sanitized before she went home. I 110% recommend these guys!! Loved my service and everything was very well taken care of as soon as they got to our home! Everyone at Texas Disaster Restoration was very professional. They did their work completely and the correct way, so a separate company (LAT) was able to give us a certification that our mold problem is gone and it has been prevented. This is a legal document that will allow us to sell our home in the future, if we decide to. It is vey important to… do mold remediation completely and prevent future mold. Texas Disaster Restoration did this for us. They informed us of all the causes they saw of the mold so we can prevent mold in the future. The workers were all very clean and took precautions

Brandon was awesome. He had to deal with a very tight budget and crews that he did not pick who had made a horrible mess ahead of him. While the circumstances were far from ideal, by no fault of his, Brandon made sure that I stayed aware of everything and that the end result was what we wanted. He had to clean up messes he didn’t make and made sure everything was just right before he closed up the job. I would highly recommend Brandon for any job.

We had a fantastic experience with TDR. Zach James on the disaster response/ remediation side was awesome. They showed up to my house within an hour of my phone call on a Monday morning and got to work fast. Once that side of the clean up was done they brought in the BEST project manager, Brandon Lutz, this guy has awesome customer service skills and knows his business well. My home actually looks better than it did before the water damage, we could not be happier. Thanks so much Brandon!

Alex was Amazeballs! Not only coming out to help but he was personable and helped comfort me that things are going to be ok. Zach came out and they had a team within hours cleaning out the house. I am very impressed with everyone I worked with ... from the Disaster/Remediation crew to the repair and "remodel" crew ... I thoroughly enjoyed working with Brandon Lutz ! He stayed in constant contact through the job and kept me up to date on what to expect and when and who was coming to do the work. My kitchen transformation is amazing - it's hard to remember what it looked like before the tear out from mold and asbestos to how beautiful it looks now.
