I first found out about Blue Label from one of the IG accounts I follow. I gave them a follow because I knew that eventually the plan was to redo our kitchen and I wanted to keep them in mind. Blue Label was the first company I reached out to to receive a quote. The response time was so fast and within a few days, Chad came out to measure our space. That night we had a quote in our inbox. We decided we probably needed to see the different quartz options in person so we took a trip down to the show room. So glad we did because we ended up picking a different quartz option and also picking out tile

Rude, aggressive, and not accountable for their mistakes. After hiring them through our contrator there were issues with scratched glass tile. Manager wanted to see for herself and came to the house. She said there was "no way my guys would do this". However even our contractor called her and said this was the case and he saw the work after the install himself.
They then said they would fix/replace the broken and scratched tiles but their installer was in the hospital. Being empathetic, we said we could wait. That was months ago. No follow up, fixed tile, no contact at all.

We almost signed a contract with another business and I am SO, SO glad we went with Blue Label! I wanted our kitchen countertops replaced fairly quickly and Blue Label delivered. They are super responsive, answered all my questions patiently, friendly, and sent me an estimate quickly. They sent out Chad to measure and do the template and he was extremely friendly and took his time explaining some things to me. WOWZA!! I had dreams to take an old 90's brick fireplace and transform it to a glamorous high-end masterpiece. Blue Label Granite brought my dreams into reality and exceeded all my expectations! The finished product is even better than I imagined. They helped direct me to where I could find the best quartz selections in Austin, and then they painstakingly measured the fireplace to make sure the install was flawless. They came out multiple times to ensure the cut on the quartz would be perfect. The installer finished the project in one day and it is absolute perfection!! Abby and Chad were great

They were extremely fast and the contractor made sure to include us in every detail. The slabs are on site most other vendors required you to drive to a warehouse if you want to see the full slab and not a tiny sample. Lowes wanted me to drive to Georgetown and then Bastrop to see the two samples I was interested in.
This all adds to the timelessness of the project. Once I picked my slab my kitchen counter template was placed directly on the slab so I could see where the seams were going to be and the pattern of the granite. I didn’t like the slab after I saw where the seams would be

Overall we were very pleased with BLG and will go back to them in the future when we decide to redo our bathrooms. Rebecca and Abby are the owners and they know their stuff backwards and forwards. Chad came on site several times to look over the project. Luppe was the installer and spent the day in our home prepping and installing our large island; that man is an artist! Watching him do the sink cutouts and curve the corners was truly a work of art. We loved having him in our home and felt comfortable having him here. I always wonder how best to write a review that I feel is so important for others to read. Hopefully this represents a good attempt.
The goal was that, I was trying to build a kitchen for my wife that she could truly enjoy and would meet her vision. She wanted a new kitchen for nearly 10 years, and my goal was to give it to her - but we would have to build most of it. She and I worked so very hard on all the elements that we could build, fabricate and install to make it perfect, but the counter-tops needed a professional.
