I was so impressed with the kind people at Graniteworks. I had a concern about the granite countertops in our home, which we inherited when we moved in. The company that installed our countertops had gone out of business, so I contacted Graniteworks out of the blue with my questions. Falon responded within minutes, asked me to send photos, and provided knowledgeable information, including a recommendation of who we might contact to help us with our countertop problem. I was amazed by their responsiveness and kindness. Thank you so much!

Mike and his team at Graniteworks are some of the most unprofessional and incompetent individuals I have ever worked with.
This was my first experience with Graniteworks and will definitely be my last. I came to use them by way of some remnant pieces my client found for their kitchen renovation. I should have just insisted on using my normal fabricator. Lesson learned.
To start, no one reached out to confirm the countertop demo that was scheduled for this morning, so I reached out yesterday evening to make sure it was still happening. I received a text response from one of their employees, Falon

Our experience was great and the product was beautiful. Staff at Graniteworks were professional, friendly and offered their expertise without being overbearing. I think the prices were very reasonable and they have a wide selection of granite to chose from. I’m so excited with our new countertops, I wish I had done this sooner.
