I had a great experience working with New Stone Concepts. They were great at answering any questions I had about the different materials. Was an easy process picking out from their remnant pieces. Had someone in home to measure within a week and the counter top was installed the following. They even came and were done before the aloted window of time. Very efficient.

I was very pleased with the team at NSC. I used them for my kitchen and both bathroom counter tops. Prices were very reasonable to me. They came and did all the measurements beforehand and then from order to install it was no more then 5-7 days. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I didn't need a lot of hand holding for my projects so I appreciated the quick and straight to it service. If I had more counter tops to remodel I would use them again.

Highly recommend New Stone Concepts! They are meticulous beyond expectations! They pay attention to every detail and comprehend exactly what the client wants and expects. New Stone Concepts gave me excellent service and was very patient with our project as we asked them to come by our house and measure for the counter top before we had actually installed the country sink. Once everything was ready, one more confirming measurement was taken and the installation went without a problem and looks great! We were afraid that there might be lots of dust based on other reviews, but it seems that they have solved the dust problem because there really wasn't any. The installers were friendly and professional and looked after the details so the counter was clean

My Silestone Eternal Marfil 3 cm quartz countertops were installed on 10/26/2018. I had contacted many other vendors, but Newstone's was the most competitive bid. I was wary of their low price and skeptical after reading the reviews on another website. I did give them a hard time with the contract, and got the actual sizes in writing before the initial payment was done. On the day of installation, Carlos and Oscar came to my house on time, and did a really good job. Carlos helped with some modifications for the cooktop base cabinet too. The quartz countertop looks marvellous. Cleanup was also pretty

I had a terrible experience here. I came in for a remnant I put on hold. I spoke to someone that morning and then gave them a call 40 minutes before I got there to give them the heads up. When I got there, the sales rep I had talked to on the phone that morning was helping someone so I waited. There were a lot of staff around no one said hello to me, not even the rep I was waiting for. Finally, the rep finished up with the client. Then another customer comes in, and the rep goes to help her and leaves the building. I continue to wait with no help

Had I known that this is the company that Lowe's would contract with before hand, I would have done my research and told them to use another company.
They don't honor their window of time, and based on other reviews, we are not the only ones to encounter this. They showed up two hours late, and while it was my choice to allow them to show up at almost 8pm at night, I wasn't really given another option. The only other option was to wait another week and a half after waiting a month already for my countertops.
They showed up, rushed to put the counters in, and left. They asked me where we wanted

I wish I could give more stars, as I actually prefer to write positive reviews. First, do not expect to be treated as a priority. Yes, I understand Austin is booming at the moment, however, top customer service is making your client feel as though they are your only client. We did add to the scope of our project after our initial discussion and prior to the measurements/templates appointment. Our quote was considerably higher than expected. I've used New Stone Concepts for five installations - our house and several rental properties. DJ and Christine are great to work with .... always helping us find the right material for the job. I have guess that all the 5 star reviews came from DJ's family, because they are not 5 star. DJ was pleasant but if this is his company, he needs control over his staff. The installation and the customer service is lacking. Moses our project manager was nice, but he did not monitor the work and therefore was "embarrased" by what happened. The finished product is fine, but this company is not worth your business.

Final result was good but getting there was painful. We remodeled our kitchen, wine cellar and one guest bathroom. We hired New Stone and DJ seemed like a great guy and his wife a quality person as well. Unfortunately, the kitchen island was cut with the grain running backwards but we accepted it and had everything else gone smoothly, we still would have rated 4 or 5 stars. But after the install, the granite was not smooth or polished (though it is the most expensive grade sold). We are so happy with the work from this company. The owner visited personally to survey the job and complete the measurements. Our cabinets are little different than most and he discussed the difficulties and how they would handle the process. One thing we wanted to do was keep the existing tile backsplash when replacing the counter. Other companies were very leary of this saying the tile will probably come off. DJ expressed his concern but was sure they could make it happen.

We worked with 6 different home repair/remodel contractors in the month of our remodel. These guys were great. Everything went according to plan and ended up being one of the smoothest installs. DJ made great recommendations on the type of counter tops and style of back-splashes. We opted to purchase our faucets elsewhere and have their guys install them. Everything came together perfectly. Our only regret was having someone else do our tile work. I highly recommend this family and the exceptional work that they do.

We were hesitant to use this company because of several online negative reviews which were nearly two years old. I addressed my concerns with Christine and DJ and they explained the changes they had made to their company. Ultimately we decided to go with New Stone and we were very glad we did. We had two separate installations for our bathroom vanities. The granite was beautiful and installed professionally. The installation teams were friendly and professional. Everything with this company was top-notch and we would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to family and friends.

New Stone is amazing. I looked around Austin for countertop places and it seemed like all the contractors I hired for the kitchen remodeling recommended new stone.
There is a reason why it seems like all contractors use New Stone. They are super professional and they do an amazing job. Did I mention they are priced quite competitively. Also the plumber they use is way cheaper than any plumber I've seen around who does the same job.
I believe they are the best in Austin. You can't go wrong. I'm not sure how long Home Depot takes to install countertops, but these guys took

My wife and I have been wanting to get new countertops for several years. We have had the style picked for 3 years now. We finally decided to make the plunge and New Stone Concepts was recommended by a friend. WOW!!! I can not say anything but good! DJ came out and did the measure up gave us the estimate. We had one other estimate and they weren't even close. Plus the other person did not make us feel comfortable with their company. I have never in my life received this kind of service. I have one word: AMAZING!! New Stone's attention to details and the high level of concierge services was just what i was needing. Their prices were comparable to others and just a little better. I would spend what ever it takes to get the quality of service that i received from them.

My wife and I got two bids on putting in granite in our kitchen and both bids were within $20 of each other. We chose New Stone because our Realtor recommended them to us and I am very glad we did! The final product looks great and we wish we did this years ago.
