Don't use this company, their countertop cracked in 2 separate places and the representative asked if anyone has been standing on it! Really!! They are not going to stand behind their products.

Don’t work with this company they don’t stand by their work they refused to replace their own chipped countertops save yourself the disappointment and the money and take your business elsewhere

Spoke with the warranty department once and have not been able to get an update since. I have called a few times and been told someone will call me back but noone ever does. Can someone give me an update and let me know what is going on?

The worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced - our builder sent us to American Countertop Inc. to pick out countertops for both our kitchen and bathroom area. We should’ve been weary when we called numerous times to set up an appointment and no one would give us a call back - I finally was able to get ahold of the owner and we accomplished to set up an appointment. The day of our appointment the receptionist was rude, the owner treated us as if we weren’t valuable enough for his time... I was given a quote for new granite countertops by the contractor remodeling our kitchen. I called American Countertop, Inc. to schedule installation. I was told that the sales person I wanted to speak with was on vacation and that my information would be passed along to a different sales person. No one ever called. I went online and submitted an online contact us form with all of the specific details and still received no contact. We used MJR Marble and Granite instead because they returned our call immediately, began the project the day after we called, and beat American Countertop, Inc.'s estimate
