I have hired Jen and her team to do multiple projects on my townhouse. Started with new blinds, moved on to new flooring, then a remodel of the main bedroom/bathroom suite, then a new staircase and remodel of the powder bath, and, finally, replacement of all the wood trim throughout the place, refacing the fireplace and a remodeling of the kitchen. Jennifer, the owner of Design Center of Estes Park has done an amazing job transforming our home into a modern mountain retreat with new flooring, furniture and lighting. Not to mention, she removed an outdated fireplace and oversized hearth and replaced it with a beautiful modern fireplace that is now the focal point of the main floor.
She is great to work with and always available for questions.

We worked with Jennifer at Design Center of Estes Park as we designed and built our new home. Jennifer listened to what we liked and learned our style. She did a good job of narrowing down options so we could make design choices that we felt good about. She was very helpful in coordinating and checking on the construction project, making sure that things went smoothly. Jennifer Rosenbaum of the Design Center was easy to talk to and comfortable to work with. She offered good design advice and quality products. She helped us upgrade 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome.
I appreciated her ability to schedule and manage all the trades involved.
The tradespeople she hired were professional. They showed up on time, were courteous, did good work, and cleaned up after.

My husband John and I could not be more pleased with our experiences at the Design Center! Jennifer listened to what we wanted and offered design ideas that improved function and storage while giving the impression of larger spaces. We feel that our home has been transformed! Jennifer sent craftsmen who arrived on time and did quality work. Absolutely loved Jennifer and Brad's promptness and professionalism in furnishing our new home with shades. Most of our decisions, payment and interactions were done via long distance. I was so impressed with them doing exactly what they said they would do for the price they quoted. I definitely recommend them and so appreciate the ease of the entire purchase and installation. The shades look great!! Will definitely use again should the situation arise!

This is a VERY unprofessional business. My bad experiences were with Jennifer, the owner! First, it took me two weeks to just get a consultation appointment. Then, after that initial appointment, I waited three more weeks for Jennifer to start a design. After three weeks of hearing nothing from her, I contacted her. She informed me that she was “slammed" and hadn’t even started my design. She never even contacted me to let me know! She wasted five weeks of my time and hadn’t even started! This is a very unprofessional place of business. I certainly do not recommend it!
