Having grown up in the Monterey Bay Area and spending summers in Lake Tahoe, coastal and mountain designs influenced David's initial love of architecture. His gift for design is matched by his passion for bringing visions to life for his clients. David believes home design begins around the clients' kitchen table where he is a listener and a collaborator.
His goal is to guide and facilitate the design process so that the end result is a true reflection of the clients' dreams. Using state of the art software that allows clients to "walk through" the home, provide feedback and make changes before the building process begins; David has designed over 300 custom homes, several having won recognition.
He has also designed and built three of his own personal homes. Additionally, having filled the unique rolls of designer, general contractor, builder and homeowner helps David identify with the needs of his clients and ensures that his designs for "extraordinary living" lend themselves to successful build processes and outcomes.
