3boys did amazing job even though they were supposed to get in my place at 12:30-1 o’clock they showed up at 6pm but they had a lot of people moving I understood,communication was awesome,just keep time. 3boys were very quick,they were asking if we need help with anything else..I recommend this to someone👌 my stuffs were all safe 👍

Did not show up during time window given. Stated they okayed this which is Not True. When we became upset that they were 3 hours overdue and we were due out by Noon and stated the job was going to take a lot longer than originally estimated, we were frustrated. Realtor stated this is BS and crew unloaded truck and left us stranded with no moving truck. Ridiculous service and ridiculous storytelling by owner to protect "his crew". Cannot ever recommend City Moving and Storage,. Stay away if you need dependability and workers who get the job done with care. Fast forward thru this job uncompleted

Quote you one thing and do another! Leave you stranded on your Move Day at end of month with No Truck. When you are upset that they are 3 hours late and overestimate time to get job done, they blame the customer for not being ready!! When it goes bad, it goes bad, Buyer Beware! Owner does not tell the truth and believes he is "right" rather than the customer. I would take your business elsewhere.

I would NEVER recommend City Moving and Storage. They claim to be dependable but they were the complete opposite. We had a contract well ahead of time for movers to show up at 8 am as we were due to be out of our house by noon. Several times we called when they didn't show up and got nothing but an answering machine. Then when they finally answered they said they were under staffed and would try too make it by 11:00. They finally arrived at 11:20 with 3 men. Then they changed contract and said we have to pay $190 up front fee and $190/hour because they brought extra man. When we didn't want to

ALL PLEASE BEWARE !!! This company is a fraud, filled with outrageous movers who will destroy your goods beyond repair, rob you off your precious furniture only to send you into a 10 week waiting period to process your claim which gets returned with an amount only good enough to buy peanuts. A complete SCAM! Please see the attached pictures to… see the damage they caused to my furniture and the Sectionals they robbed me off totalling my losses to over CAD$ 10,000/. I had Andy, Landon, and Jordan help me with a local move last weekend. I told them that I was worried about my standing desk getting damaged in the move and they were very helpful and understanding with making sure the desk was secure and safely in and out of both apartments. It still works great! They were also very timely, polite, and careful with my furniture. Overall, I had a great experience with City Moving & Storage from setting up the move to the actual day of the move. They were very responsive and made the process stress free.

I had an excellent experience with CMS Moving. I had gotten a quote from Two Men & A Truck that was $400-500 dollars more than what CMS quoted. Trevor & Greg were amazing. I couldn’t have chosen better movers if I tried! I am going into travel nursing and in an attempt to find a low cost living solution ended up in a bad situation so I wasn’t able… to pack like I wanted and really take inventory of my things. So here is my story with this company company. For starters everything sounded good, flexible company and could do our move. Packers came and packed our house (they did great), next day they loaded the trucks (still great). The movers the following day move our stuff into our home (still no complaints). Once the movers are completed I get a bill… for 2X what the owner (Bob) quoted me on. So I refuse to pay and speak to Bob about the invoice. A few days go by and he gets back to me asking if I have documentation of the quote he gave me. Bob no you never sent me anything, I was referred to

The movers were 1 hour and 45 minutes late to pick up. I had to call the office to find out where they were. They didn’t listen to what I said they had to bring stuff back. I had to store it over night. When they came to unload they were late again(2+hrs) Now I’m trying to unpack I’m finding a lot of things wrong. Split boxes,things stuffed into boxes with no concern how they are treated. Professionals better than family/friends not these ones Very disappointed
