It's rare these days to find a family run business like this that actually care about their work, will give it to you straight, and aren't trying to collect a big check just to look at an issue. I've had so many bad service jobs out here from various lines of work, finding someone like this is like finding gold in your backyard. The only downside is that their increasingly in demand, even so I've waited weeks without AC just so I could have them be the one's to look at my issue rather than worry about some inexperienced service worker collecting a paycheck from a company without any care or accountability

We called them to clear a clog in our kitchen/laundry drain. Blue came out. He was very professional and very nice. He thoroughly explained what he was doing. He also gave us some great ideas to help prevent and or prolong the drain from clogging again. We will definitely be calling upon this company again for future needs.

Professor Plumb helped me with my StepIn Tub problem - not enough hot water! They rewired my fuse box and installed a New larger hot water heater! All the workmen were pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I am very pleased and will always call them in the future for other renovations I have planned!

We've used them twice and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Communication was clear and timely. Amanda sets up a two hour window, calls you when the plumber is 30 minutes out, and they were never late. Brandon handled our problem with this latest visit and he was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and seemed quite conscientious of keeping our expenses at a fair cost. He cleaned up everything when he was done and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Hopefully we won't need them again anytime soon but if we have plumbing issues, we will call them.

Do NOT! use anyone but Blue Watson and Professor Plumb!! I have had to use them twice this year (once in April 2016 and again, today, Oct. 2016) and both times Mr. Watson has been professional, nice, and thorough. He has given step by step on everything he did, what he needed to do and why.
And, of course, I will always support a fellow Veteran!!
