Diagnostic Service Fee is $125. It normally takes 30 mins to completely evaluate a Hot Tub so we credit 30 mins from this towards repair. Exposing heated water to Ultraviolet light (UV-C) is the most effective sanitizing method to destroy micro-organisms, up to 99.9%, in spas and hot tubs. A UV-C purifier is also able to reduce the amount of concentrated chlorine by 50-80%.

We offer Repair, Safety Checks, Maintenance, Appraisals, Relocation, Winterizing, Spring Cleaning and new owner instruction. We offer help in making purchasing decisions on hot tubs, after all no one knows each brand better than we do!
So, if you are the best Hot Tub Technician or you manage a bunch of bad ass technicians we are looking for you! We are looking for Techs that will become part of our family, not just an employee. We pay two times what the national pay scale is. We are only looking for people with experience. We will learn from you and there will be some things you may learn from us but this is not the job where we are going to teach you from scratch.
I called them on a Saturday morning after being in the doghouse with my wife for having forgotten to call someone earlier in the month, since we needed the Hot Tub for a graduation party on Sunday. Not only did they answer the phone but they also came out the same day and got us up and running for the party.

This place is a SCAM. Stay away at all cost. He came out to my house quick. Told me I needed two pumps and said I needed to pay for the parts. He never showed up for his schedule. He keep changing the dates and never showed. It's been over a month and I'm still trying to get reimbursed.

Very quick to come out, had a wealth of knowledge. Paid upfront but then had 2 weeks of no call/no shows. Requested a refund and received it timely. Joseph is a very nice guy and called to apologize. Would use them if communication improved. Rating is not quite accurate as services were not completed.

I am still owed a refund of nearly $2,000. Gordon Charles Smith "Charles" came out the same day when I called and moved quickly on the invoice for parts and repair, while on-site. He took the payment through Venmo via Erlene Rawson. I have never seen him again. After he canceled appointments and/or failed to show, I asked for a refund. He said he'd gladly refund my entire amount. Then more excuses came. He never delivered parts, never fixed anything, never sent me a dime. It was so difficult to get someone on the phone to talk to about fixing our tub and even more difficult to get someone to come out to fix it. We called Charles and he came the same day to assess our tub. I was super impressed with not only how quickly Charles arrived but also how knowledgeable he was about the tub. He really knows his stuff inside and out. Charles worked through all the challenges of the job and even spent 3 extra hours fixing our tub without charging us anything extra

Find another option! Against better judgment and in a bit of a hurry I found this company and like most reviews on here paid him up front ($1800) to order parts. I need two new pumps and opted for a UV sanitizing system. I was told the UV system was in stock but the pumps were not. After some back and forth he did eventually come out and change the pumps which are working now. However his work was sloppy, he left my cabinet open and exposed, old pumps lying around and a slight leak which i then fixed myself. I was told the UV system would be about a week later. I should have read all these reviews more. I have been scammed out of more than $700. Quick to come out initially but after he receives the money, as others have said multiple excuses as to why he can’t return. I am asking for my money back. But I still have a hot tub that’s not working.
I am updating this review because to my surprise I did receive a refund. So in honesty the money came back. I am very happy for that. But it is amazing how Charles is able to make contact originally, and make contact after negative reviews, but unable to make any contact once he has money and is scheduled

If I could give negative stars I would. This guy makes you pay upfront and only takes cash or Venmo, so you are immediately out the money. He rescheduled with me 5 different times for reasons he didn't share. There was one day he called to tell me he was running 2 hours late to the appointment but would be at my house at 6:28pm. At 6:30pm I checked my email and had a rescheduled appointment for him for 3 days later. He showed up, drained my hot tub, flooded my backyard and was gone with no notification that he had been there besides my flooded backyard. I called him to see if he did in fact come

I employed this company for a repair in July 2019. When came out to inspect he said it would be $1,084.00 for repair including a new cover. I paid the money in advance on the same day. He promised to come back. When he came back he said he discovered another problem and sent me another invoice for another $1,400 for more repairs. He said that I could pay that when the job was complete. I wrote several messages as well as emails to see when work would be completed and he failed to show up when he made appointments to come out. He has dismantle part of the tub so it is inoperable and did not repair
