Carl was late getting here, he said he could not find anything wrong in the 5 minutes he was here. He said some stove just smell like gas, charged me $72.74 for the 5 minutes and did absolutely nothing. I Do not reccomend at all. Total rip off since I posted my review, the office people were so nice and helpful... problem is resolved. Thank you

Got off to a bit of a rough start with a very frustrating discussion with their front line customer service rep who didn't seem to really want to help, but the manager called back and is making things right. They have installed a A/C and boiler system for us in the past and it appears to have been done very well with clean routings (for a 100 year old house).

I hired Bloch Heating & A/C to install a new Bryant air conditioner and update the thermostats and zone control.
Randy had a quote ready the same day he visited, and his price beat out several others. On the day of the installation, the Bloch team was great! They worked around other construction going on at the same time, got the new equipment connected quickly and correctly, and spent the time to show me exactly what was installed and how to use it. They were also very responsive to follow-up questions I had in the weeks after their visit. Our new air conditioner works great and is FAR quieter

Totally professional, exceptional service.
We love our new furnace and happy we used Bloch. Working with Randy Bloch and his team really made a difficult situation (our furnace going out during freezing temps.) a great experience. Randy’s service was exceptional. They kept us running until a new unit could be installed and installed our new unit in a day.

I do not normally post reviews, but I feel very uncomfortable with how my service request has been handled thus far. I have waited almost a week and am still waiting on follow up regarding a 2nd opinion on a diagnosis and possible resolution for my refrigerator door ice maker. The tech was here Thursday and said he would have to reach out to LG to understand if there were any other repair options and will follow up. I followed up Monday with no call back or even a courtesy call back that the tech is still looking into it. It is now Wednesday - left a message over lunch and ended up calling them

Sunday night I discovered my washing machine would not drain. I sent a a message to Bloch through their website and received a call at 8am on Monday morning. The appointment was set for Wednesday. Al showed up on time, quoted me a fair price on replacing the water pump. The work was done promptly and the work area was left as clean as he found it. Al also followed COVID protocols aNd answered all of my questions. I highly recommend, and would call them again.

Our Frigidaire upright freezer (new in 2011) in our garage was not working properly due to outside temps in the low 90s. Eric Bloch diagnosed the problem in minutes and quickly had the unit in good working order. Very quick service. Trustworthy. Eric and Al are longtime Cedarburg residents with deep roots in our community.

My LG washer needed to be repaired and this is the Company recommended from the LG site. I sent a request through their website and called first thing Monday. The first available appointment was Thursday from 12-3. Around 2:45pm on Thursday, I received a voicemail that they were too busy and we were even lucky to have gotten appointment. They said they would be out the following Tuesday to look at my washer. I will find a company that wants MY business and VALUES my time..

Had a really bad experience. Our appliance broke. They came to fix. They suggested our washer hoses should be replaced. We said great do it when you come back with the part to fix the machine. Two weeks or so later he returned but forgot the hoses. So then it he came back a third time with the hose and charge over $100 for the extra trip and a lot for hoses and 45 min-hour to install. The bill was over $200. Totally his fault he had to make a third trip but He charged us anyway despite my strong protest. He said he had to make a living......apparently by charging for his own mistakes. You
