This company is a scam, the dumpster never arrived I have to dispute charges now with my bank because every time I try to call them they just hang the phone up on me. I repeat do not use this company you will be scammed. They scam by charging you a lot to cancel when they knew the dumpster wasn't coming in the first place

I ordered a dumpster to clean out my house after a hurricane damaged it, and i needed to clear out wet drywall and insulation.
I called on Monday, they said the dumpster would be delivered on Thursday or Friday.
No dumpster on Friday, they said some issue caused a delay, and it would be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday.
No dumpster.
Now they say there was a billing mistake and i would owe an additional $100 dollars and i have to wait for the next available dumpster so middle of week 3. I asked what my options were, I was told I didn't have any. I canceled it and I am still

Our experience with this company was terrible, they were late getting to job. The dumpster didn't get picked up on time and when they did pick up they left oil all over our customers neighbors driveway which they did not need to access. When I emailed and called to ask them to clean it up for the 80 year old homeowners I was told that that was not their responsibility to do that. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely a horrible decision to deal with this company! We schedule a dumpster to be dropped off on a certain day they guaranteed no problem. We had help show up that day and no dumpster! Called company and they said had a scheduling conflict and would call me back. Ofcourse no call back. We called the company back and the lady said would forward my call to the driver that never happened as I was hung up on. I tried calling back and nobody would answer the phone. Obviously they had caller ID so we called back on a different phone and ofcourse they answered. I let know im cancelling the dumpster

HORRIBLE ETHICS, COMPANY. All services from my were finished and a month later gets we get a letter in the mail saying they are refuting the payment. Things did not end well but all services by my company were completely. I call back and tell them I do not understand why they would do this even though all the services were completed and they say is not their problem call the bank. Horrible ethics!

I will never use this company in any capacity ever again. Totally unorganized and unprofessional if I could give zero Stars I would I rented a dumpster from them and they totally ripped me off I called them on the 17th of March to have the dumpster removed and they told me it would be removed in 48 hours but they show up 10 days later without even calling ready to pick up the dumpster then saying they can't pick it up because it's blocked nobody notified me nobody called me to tell me there was a problem and on top of that they want to add more surcharges do not ever use this company

SCAM ALERT
Paid these guys to deliver a container for a construction job.
3 months later almost to the date.. I get a call from another company, local to me. turns out 123 did NOT provide the container, they contracted another company and did not pay for the service, so here i am, forced to pay for the service twice to avoid a contractors lean being placed on my property.
DO NOT GIVE THESE THIVES ANY MONEY EVER.
they WILL provide the service and eventually the contractor providing the service will put a lean on your property. RUN don't walk.

Worst disposal company I've ever worked with. This company is rude and unprofessional. I would wait days for a 40 yard to be removed from my site. All along waste solutions telling me it will be any minute the driver will be on my site. I had guys waiting. This company never made any attempts to make this right. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. The owner also could care less about my needs as a customer. So do NOT use this company!!!!!!!!

I work in logistics for a multi million dollar company scheduling hundreds of receivables and out going merchandise, how hard is it to tell a person to deliver a dumpster.
