We have 20 years aluminium hurricane windows. Living on the beach,the salt air, does not do good for windows etc.
So the hardware was needing replacing as the windows were almost impossible to use. Too many problems.
So I asked for help on Nextdoor App, and a nice lady gave me the name of Romain, from R.O. Master service.
He came the next day gave us a price,and we gave him the projects to do. He said at less 2 weeks to get the parts,but got them faster
Done a wonderful job, I would certainly use him again if needed.

My shower door is worse than it was originally. They did a bait and switch scam. Quoted me $10 to fix the door online. Came out and charged me $140, brought it down to $100 and they said if I had issues just to call them. The door started falling again, they came out and fixed it and tried to charge me $40. The door is now on the floor and can only open one way. I don't think they know what they are doing

This company was such a big disappointment , no communication at all.. salesman set a day to have my new screen door , i waited and waited and he not only didn't show up but when I call no response, call again next day and nothing, next week left text messages and nothing, finally we called from different number and they responded with a bla bla bla excused.

We feel quite lucky to have found Master Service. Roma was excellent. We have older windows that slide on balances and older patio doors. He was able to creatively fix them while being prompt, honest and done at a reasonable cost. i would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others!

We kept having problems with sliding door/window issues for the longest time. While I kept putting it off in fixing them, I finally decided to get it taken care of so we can actually start opening our windows again.
Thanks to my wife's research on Yelp, she found the folks here and made an appointment for them to come and take a look.
I know it's not going to be cheap to fix everything we wanted to. But these guys were willing to work with us with the prices, which was very nice of them. After we got their quotes, I do find their prices to be very fair and competitive.
