Jim was deeply loved by his family and well respected at RAE Corporation. He was an extraordinarily smart and accomplished entrepreneur who built a company that still embraces the vision he started fifty years ago. Those six people are the reason that almost 400 people have jobs at RAE Corporation today.

The RAE Coils team was able to get the coil out in three days at a cheaper price than Trane would have charged me to do in 4 weeks.
It is a journey, and we are on our way. We have a proud history as a privately owned manufacturer in rural Oklahoma. Our journey began with a man with a dream, visionary leaders who succeeded against the odds and a community of industrious men and women who got things done and exceeded their own expectations.

I work for RAE, it is a very family friendly work environment. I have met some great people. the CFO. is very down to earth and talks to you like your a person not a number. I have been here now for 4 weeks,I can see myself staying and enjoying my time with the company. RAE does alot of fun things for their employees, to show they care.

RAE Corporation is a family-oriented business. They CARE about the employees needs and wants. The Warehouse employees are given an opportunity to earn MULTIPLE bonuses, they also give EVERY FULL TIME employee benefits and vacation and PTO. Not many other companies in the Industrial Park offer that! I love working here because your hard work and… dedication DO NOT go unnoticed.
