Came out within hours of calling. Had to replace entire A/C outdoor unit. Had removed/installed and had cool air within 3 hours total. Very professional and knowledgeable and recommended a new better rated unit at a good price. Steve is awesome! My mom's furnace broke down in winter and it was a cool 56 degrees in her house. I texted Steve first thing on Monday morning and he called within 3 minutes of receiving my text. He arrived within 25 minutes and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Heck of a nice guy and very reasonable too. I called Steve because my normal guy sold his business - I'm glad that happened :-). Don't hesitate - call him now - he's earned every one of his 5 star reviews!

This is by far the best company to use if you need any ac or heater repair. I had my heater go out and called and got 3 quotes. Urgent was the last company I called, wish I had called them first. Honest and friendly service. Was on time to do install and replacement was done efficiently and done right . GREAT COMPANY. Will tell all my family and friends and recommend to everyone.

Steve is the best! He replaced my ac in matter of hours. His bid was very competitive, and his service has been superb. I am having him replace other units at my house. Our A/C unit was 42 years old, we have been waiting knowing it could be its last leg any day or night. Well it died on a Saturday afternoon. my wife found Urgent Air on line and Steve dropped what he was doing and came right over. he diagnosed A dead compressor. we would need a whole new unit because new part and old old parts are not compatible. Steve called one of his suppliers and they loaded the unit (on a Saturday night).He met a store employee at 7:30 Sunday morning for the pad and was here at 8:30. Steve has been in business for 24 years he has this process down to an art. Finished at 12

Our AC went out. Called the big boys to come out to get a quote. They sent a tech to the house to tell me what I already knew + charged me a $100. Made me call another dept. to schedule with an estimator. Estimator was backed up 4 days and told me it would be at least 3 wks to get a new unit installed.I then called Steve at Urgent Air - Heat and Air Broken Arrow. Steve came out the next day and within 24 hrs I had a new AC unit, a cool house and a happy wife. Thank you Steve!

Got Steve’s info from a neighbor referral and was over the top pleased with him and the work he completed. We had a fan motor go out and Steve was able to order the part and get the work completed much faster than we expected. We were actually going to be out of town when he was able to come back to install the fan but we were able to tell him how to get in the house…he was able to go in and complete the work and we came home to the AC working and the house extremely cool! He even picked up some packages on my porch and put them in the house for me! He was 100% transparent about cost and labor
