Having an air separator in your HVAC system greatly affects the system's overall performance, especially in a chilled-water system. While air elimination is important in any ventilation setting, it is more important in the chilled-water system than in a hot-water system because the cold-water unit can hold more air inside the tank.
TDV Valves | Combination pump discharge valve functioning as a shut-off, check, and calibrated flow balancer. Available in sizes 1-1/2" through 12" with cast iron body. Threaded or flanged ends. The unique quarter-turn Triple Duty Valves design offers backflow protection throughout a wide range of system balancing settings.
We carry a variety of HVAC Tanks including Buffer Tanks, Flash Tanks, Water Heater Expansion Tanks, and tank accessories. Each is designed to be used with today's low-mass and high-efficiency boiler systems. Wheatley HVAC visually inspects all tanks for possible damage. The Wheatley hot water buffer tank (HS) is designed to be used with today's low mass, high efficiency boiler systems.
