Wade came out and solved my problem with my heater. Another company had told me they couldn't do anything and kept saying I needed a new heater. My outside condensate drain pipe was frozen outside of my house, once that was unstopped everything worked fine and no more problems.

I called to have my heater serviced and before he even looked at the unit he helped me figure out a solution to a problem that was not part of the heater check. He took his time explaining everything and even helped close some vents. Will be hiring for future work.

These guys are extremely friendly, courteous and hardworking. Our a.c had been out for almost a week and they were able to come fix it for us in a very timely manner. I was honestly worried about the cost involved, and they assured me they could fix it at a reasonable price, which they did. Wade was awesome and I believe the other guys name was Ryan. Absolutely THE BEST customer service I could have ever asked for. Definately will be recommending this company to anyone and everyone!
