Specific Systems InPac Series wall-mounted industrial severe duty and explosion proof HVAC units are engineered and proven to provide safe air conditioning and stand up to the rigors and harsh conditions of corrosive and hazardous environments, including those found in refineries, water/wastewater treatment plants, and on oil drilling rigs and offshore processing plants.
Specific Systems' AirPak wall-mounted HVAC units are proven to stand up to harsh conditions of industrial environments, in applications where commercial units fail or a greater cooling capacity is required. Manufactured using 16-gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel, powdercoated for extra corrosion resistance.
It is important to maintain an atmosphere inside a building that is conducive to allowing equipment to operate effectively. Specific Systems InPac PPUs are designed and manufactured to provide those necessary interior conditions. Gas alarms are used to detect and alert persons of the presence of corrosive and/or combustible gases including hydrogen sulfide (HS) and sulfur dioxide (SO), nitrogen dioxide (NO), and oxygen (O). The alarms may be used in hazardous areas and can be integrated into Specific Systems HVAC units even in Class I, Div 1, Groups B, C, & D environments.
