I have been dealing with this company for two years, very good customer service, i have refer people to them, work in a timely manner, deliver good service, friendly staff. Cindy you rock! They were quick to schedule the appointment. We had a heater that was not working properly. I had a different company come look at it (BIG WELL KNOWN COMPANY) that had quoted us a whole new system saying that the mother board was damaged and beyond repair.

Miscommunication, missed timelines, never called me for the service, has yet to return my calls. AC has been out for a week and a half. Response from owner on google was unapologetic in response to poor service. Told me to call and I have called 15 times left messages over a few days and getting completely stonewalled.

My Ac unit outside stopped working so I called the company that installed it. They could not find me in their system from only 4 years ago and when i was told that the technician would show up between 4-5 he showed up at 3 never called me and then left a note on a face mask and put it in my screen door. I’m not sure if it’s just me but I would expect some communication and timely technicians.
Edit: I was told on the phone by the lady who scheduled me that she would make it 4-5 because I wasn’t getting off work till then I told her make this as late as you can. They have still not answered

Great company ! Adam quoted a complete HVAC system plus an additional return air vent. Came in several thousand dollars lower than the competitors.
They showed up on the scheduled day and time. Very professional install and great customer service. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived.

Great response time. Most HVAC companies charge an arm and a leg to respond to an issue after hours, not vision air. The staff at vision air was very understanding and did not charge me extra for coming out after hours. I have had 2 different service techs at my house, both were very respectful and seemed like quality people. My problem was fixed, my capacitor was replaced, and my Family never woke up covered in sweat. Thank you vision Air, most honest and reliable employees around.

Heater quit working, called and they came same day. Tech told me he had good news and bad news. Good news, he figured out what was wrong (control board). Bad news, it was going to be $950 to fix. He went to get part and I got online to see what I could find out. Long story short, I found out they were trying to stick it to me! I told him I would not pay them $950 to replace. He called boss and offered to take $100 off. I said no thanks and paid them $79 for the service call. The part was $99 my cost and I got a friend to help me install it. Took us a half hour. On line said an average cost to replace

Out of the blue I decided to call and schedule visit on a Sunday. Lo and behold I actually hit a human on the phone. In fact, I was told I could get someone onsite that very day!
Instead (dreading weekend pricing) I asked about availability that week, and had someone Monday mid-day.
Tech came through and was super courteous and knowledgeable. He did not mind my numerous questions or constant hovering.
Within about an hour we had looked over my two systems and the tech had cleaned my outdoor fans.

They did a complete install at my house, taking the old heat and A/C units out and replacing it with 2 complete new systems that are very energy efficient. First of all, my appt was "an afternoon appt" and I waited and waited and waited and at 5:35 I received a call from the secretary that the tech was tied up and wouldn't be out today unless I wanted to pay an "after hours" maintenance call price. I did not. They were going to put me on the books for any daytime opening but I didn't hear back until the tech was literally 15 min away. Fine whatever.

On July 21st 2017 it was an extremely hot day in Tulsa and my upstairs AC unit had been struggling for a couple days prior to this day. I would set the temp at 74 and the thermostat would just keep creeping up to 82 to 84 and just run all day blowing hot recycled air. Fast and reasonably priced!!! Have had these guys out twice. First was to install a smart thermometer. I tried several times to install it myself. Each time I failed even more miserably than the time before.... The service man was able to repair the damage I had inflicted and installed the thermometer in 15 minutes! The charges were very reasonable. The second was what turned out to be a blown fuse in my unit. The servicer was able to diagnose the problem and fix it very quickly.
