My family has used Maid Brigade for over 10 years but most recently, I have been unable to get them to respond when we’re trying to schedule two cleanings. Between me and my grandma, we have called, e-mailed, and Facebook messaged for the last 8 days and we have gotten zero responses. Maid Brigade’s customer service has completely diminished and from here on out, I will be using a company who values their customers.... Clearly, this is no longer Maid Brigade.

WOW! The Maid Brigade just finished my move out deep clean. They did an outstanding job. The ladies were professional, courteous, and efficient. Moving can be very stressful. I certainly have no worries about getting my deposit back from my landlord. Maid Brigade did such a wonderful job.

Very unprofessional and outrageously over priced. Crew was rude and dismissive. The move in clean I hired them to do was the worst I've ever seen. I still have dust everywhere and there are still food particles in the drawer under the oven. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Follow-up: Megan dispatched crew to clean all areas missed from initial appointment. Job was done to my satisfaction and I truly appreciate their follow up and follow thru - just wish a 2nd visit had bot been necessary.

I have always been pleased with the good job Maid Brigade does cleaning my house. Very seldom have I had to call their attention to anything. The office staff is pleasant and cooperative. Whenever I need to change my date for cleaning, they have made it happen. Any questions I might have are answered promptly. I am relieved to have a clean house and appreciate their professionalism.

Absolutely amazing team! They arrived on time, cleaned my home from top to bottom, followed all requests, didn't mind my dog, and left my home the cleanest it's ever been. Everything from the bottom of the toilets to the tops of my ceiling fans. They were efficient and such a sweet crew. Highly recommend!!
