They charged me UPFRONT. Then no showed and haven’t returned a phone call. ZERO STARS! Total scam.
Edit: was texted back (not called) and told they would return my money if I would take this review down. More unprofessionalism, in my opinion. I agreed to edit it to say I received my money back, which I did.

I was really happy with the initial service until the second service came around… my husbands wedding band went missing. We stored it in a small jewelry box like usual so that day when the cleaners left we were heading out to so my husband goes to the closet to put on his ring and the whole ring box and ring are gone. The owner Emily was only able to tell me maybe you misplaced it … like really. No, one of your cleaners has it. So sad .. they can’t be trusted.
