Update: the guys finished the job, im happy they finished it but i wouldnt call it the best job.
I gave them a job for commercial vestibule. Twice no call no show. Idk why this business cant appreciate customers. Stay with your schedules and keep your scheduled appts! We paid in full but project is not done yet, big mistake. Worst company i have ever come accross. This is a big headache.

I would NOT recommend this company. On the first install of windows, there was nails left in my carpet that could have easily been stepped on by my children. I then had them return to install another set of windows. During this interaction, there was worked agreed to that was not completed or even discussed that they were unable to complete it. If they had discussed a reason maybe another agreement could have been made. They clearly did not care about customer service. Also, on this install, the trim boards needed to be taken off the windows and they were hastily put back on. The same nails, now

If you want the best price and the best installers, call Macon Glass and Mirror. I'm the General Manager at Ace Handyman Services, and I can tell you from being in the business 30 years that these guys are the ones you want for your project. Their Management is courteous on the phone, they showed up on time for the quote, ordered the glass and had it installed within a week. I live on the 15th floor of a condo building and the glass was tempered 42 x 91, so it was no small endeavor. Andres is one of the owners and the lead installer, and his professionalism and attention to detail is everything

They installed my shower enclosure originally and that was not done properly and was actually falling out of the channel. I figured I would give them a chance to repair it and make good on the poor workmanship. However, nobody that I talked to 3 different times made me feel like they could effectively handle my appointment properly or really even cared if I used them or gave them the opportunity to fix it up right. Some training for the people answering the phones could really go a long way too.

A family friend recommended this company to replace the glass on one of my windows, so called earlier this week to make an appointment. It was scheduled for today late morning/early afternoon. Around 1:40 I called to see when they would be coming, and they told me about 30 minutes. It is now 4:30 and still no show. I called again three times and got no answer. Unfortunately, I’ll now need to find another company to do the glass replacement since I can’t get a hold of them.

My house had nine window glass panes with broken seals, and we couldn’t see out of them. After getting outrageous quotes from other glass repair companies in Denver, we tried Macon Glass & Mirror and we’re so glad we did.
They were quick and efficient in taking measurements, then provided a reasonable quote the very next day. Best of all, they were able to install the following week, so they didn’t keep us waiting. We can see our backyard again!
The windows we ordered came with a manufacturer’s 10-year warranty, so we’re looking forward to many years of crystal clear glass to see out
