I had R&K come and install multiple mirrors at my house. The crew left and I found some issues. The outlet cover for the mirrors were not installed correctly and now the glass outlet covers are loose and flopping around. There was one mirror which had a chip and the installer went ahead and installed it and left without telling me. I had to call them and complain to get a replacement. In addition, my sink was cracked after the installers left. It is a brand new sink and I had pictures which I showed the manager. He said he would agree to reimburse me $100 to help me get a new sink. He has not kept

Ben from R&K Glass is terrible. I am writing this review because he screwed up my glass order and wasted almost 6 weeks of my time (holding up my entire project), then disappeared while pretending the new glass was in production. I never write bad reviews, but since he decided to just stop responding to me, this is the only way to hold him accountable.
I hired Ben because he said he wanted to do a quick single panel glass job for me. From day 1 the expectation from him was that he would have it measured, cut and installed in a week; 2 weeks max. He assured me this wouldn't be a problem at all

Installed an office window on the second floor of my business from the inside as to every other glass company wanted to use equipment to install it from the outside costing me another $800 extra. All of the installers where professional and friendly. Will recommend in the future.
