What makes Monogram Homes unique and sets us apart from other home builders is that we are TRUE CUSTOM. True custom means that we do not have set floor plans or stock pricing. True custom means we design each home from a blank canvas and work with you in designing the home of your dreams! In your initial meeting with our designer, Danielle, she will discuss your design ideas with you to better understand what will make this home your dream home.
Our philosophy is to provide you with an experience that leaves you feeling worry-free throughout your entire home building journey. Your first meeting will be with Bob. He will discuss with you the philosophy of Monogram Homes. You will get your first glimpse of how your home building journey will be and can tell Bob the vision of your dream home.
Monogram Homes provides a custom end to end building experience. You never have to take someone else's standard floor plan and try to make it fit your needs. It all starts by making you feel a part of their family with the leadership of Bob and Deena. When we decided to build our "forever" home, we toured several different models which local builders had to offer and basically knew what features we did and did not want in our new home.
