Established in 2004 by Bob Gardner, Coppertree Homes of Dublin was built on a foundation of trust, experience, and because of his love for building fantastic custom homes. He expanded in 2008 and that is when Tim Shear joined the team as Vice President, bringing over 40 years of home construction experience with him.

We built a custom home with Coppertree. From a concept on paper to a finished, one-of-a-kind beautiful home, they were great all along the way. The quality of the work is fantastic and anytime we wanted to change something or something needed fixed along the way, it got done. Bob Gardner and his team are professional, responsive, and genuinely solid builders. Highly recommend.
