Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We purchased a home in Mount Juliet and Regent was fantastic. Our only complaint is the closing date moved numerous times. Joey and Ken were upfront and very professional throughout the process. I recommend Regent Homes to anyone looking for quality in their home.

I really enjoyed working with Bradly Paradise and Chase S. during the home buying experience. Maybe that's why I have been so patient with Regent during the warranty phase. I actually left a 1 star review before, but after meeting with Regent, I had good faith they would fix everything and deleted my review. I was very disheartened when Chase went back on his word and pretended like he had fixed everything as requested. Pictures Show otherwise.

My experience with Regent gets worse the more I meet with people in the company.
I thought I was protected by the post closing contract. No, turns out Regent can decide what is fixed by just saying that should have never been added in the first place.
The things that were agreed needed to be fixed, I was told I had to take a day off of work, use vacation or lose money, so they can fix everything in one day. They are not willing to work with my schedule. Also Regent admitted most of my issues were due to sloppy contractor work.
Bottom line, if you buy a Home from Regent you won’t be a valued

If you are considering buying a home from Regent.... RUN!! Run and do not look back no matter what anyone says. I should have read these reviews prior to buying our home. Back in November 2020 we put a contract down on a home that was 3/4 of the way finished, it only needed finishing work done. NO ONE TOUCHED THE HOME until 2 weeks prior to closing, four months later, even though we would come by and check a few times a week and reach out to the builder, who kept telling us "It'll get done don't worry." Well they had to extend closing. They also did a terrible job finishing the home. The paint

I wish I read these reviews prior to buying a new build with Regent Homes in Nolensville, TN. BUYER be where. I am not advising you not too I advising you my family's experience in the one year with this Regent home and its lack of integrity is unbelievable. After 4 warranty issues filed on there own site I left a negative review they messaged immediately only to ADVISE me I have never contacted them before. I ATTACHED SCREEN shots of the direct messages to their builder/contractor on the dates in question and magically they ghosted. The repairs all completed but several on my dime. Where to start

My husband and I were so happy to purchase a Regent property last year. We purchased this home when comparing to others due to the fact that it is an HOA community. I have always felt more secure to purchase in a community managed in accordance with bylaws. Until I purchased from Regent Homes. We just built our first home with Regent and had an overall great experience. We did experience some delays but those were due to material manufacturing delays because of COVID, so there was really nothing they could have done differently.
Shout out to Bryan and Luke in TN for being very communicative and understanding with us throughout the whole process. We’re in love with our beautiful new home! Highly recommend Regent!

Sir, this is Steve Hazard at 2513 Claridge Court Lot 5 in Homestead at Carter’s Station. The model home. I hope I am not bothering you but I want to tell you something positive and good. I am sure you are use to hearing complaints but I want to share this with you. This past Saturday evening while closing one of the garage doors the center of the door collapsed and the top panel split and both windows shattered. I remember the list of companies and contractors that you post inside the cabinet door. It said Allied Overhead Door was the company that installed the doors. I called Allied Overhead
