High price, low service imo. They keep buying houses in UA and then try to split lots to stuff two huge houses instead of one modest one. City, citizens have had enough .... Find somewhere else to ruin as well are on to your act, time to cash those checks and get out of Dodge son. Also, explain that big house you stuffed in the low sitting waste area N of Edgehill. Your buyer happy with flooded basement b/c you built below street, below house to E, W ? Nobody built there prior b/c water drains...wait for it...downhill.

We have been in our Compass Home for about 8 months now and we have absolutely loved every moment! The entire process was seamless and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tiffany and Stephen were both so amazing to work with a truly made you feel like a friend or family. The quality of our home is wonderful and we haven’t had any issues!

Couldn't be happier! We met with 3 different builders and went through parade of homes as we were deciding who to build with. We definitely made the right decision to build with Compass Homes! They follow a very organized process, nothing like the stressful horror stories that we've heard from others building a home. Everyone we met with during the building process became a second family over the last 12 months. We chose to build with Compass and we’re absolutely thrilled with the entire process. We were worried the build process was going to be a nightmare as so many people warned us but everything (almost everything) went smoothly and what wasn’t up to our expectations they quickly remedied. Construction time was almost exactly as they told us and truthfully there were things they pointed out that needed to be done so it’s done correctly which many builders hope would go unnoticed or slide by. Compass Homes builds a high quality home with nice finishes, incredible thought behind the usage of the space, and visually stunning designs. From a consumer perspective, I lived in a new build Compass Home for 8 years. We had no issues during that time and was impressed by the way the product still felt new at the time we moved-out. We recently purchased a home to demolish and began interviewing multiple reputable builders in the Columbus area to build our new family home. It became very clear that Compass was the only builder who was willing to work with us to truly customize a home to our family’s needs/wants within our budget. We have been quite impressed with the skill of the organization, as well as the level of transparency, knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. Although we are currently in the early stages of construction, so far, we could not be happier! More to follow once construction is complete

We have been in our Compass home for just over a year.
We were moving forward with another builder initially. However, the product & the professionalism of the Compass organization was evident from our first interaction. We worked through the process quickly with them. They started our home on schedule & we moved in a month ahead of plan.
The Compass team has been a delight to work with post move in as well. They identified warranty items without us even prodding. Proof that they truly stand behind their product.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to build.
