Universal Air Duct Cleaning's gents arrived on time for a dryer vent cleaning and also performed a short examination of the dryer equipment. We needed to replace an out-of-code transition component, and the extra work was completed swiftly and at a low cost. The men kept me updated and sent me photographs of the sections I couldn't view for myself. I would employ them again without hesitation!

I definitely recommend this company. Their servicemen were punctual, knowledgeable, and detailed.They took time to explain every part of the process to me, presented to me before and after photos as the ducts were completed and mopped up after themselves. I will certainly be calling them the next time I need duct work done and refer more clients to them.

I was referred to them by a friend. The crew that came out was friendly and efficient. They showed me a before and after video of my my ducts, and gave me some recommendations as to how I could improve the air quality of my home. The whole process for my HVAC unit was about 2 hours. Will definitely be using them the next time I need my ducts cleaned.
