Chris Jones, owner of The Lucky Duct, came to our home to clean out our dryer vent and bathroom fan vent (where birds had nested earlier this Spring). He is professional, efficient and careful. He made sure the fan vent had no active nesting birds or eggs before he cleaned out the debris.
He went above and beyond while cleaning the dryer vent.

Our home had a problem with our vent . Chris Jones from The Lucky Duct came HIGHLY recommended so of course we made a phone call and he came right away! The service was top notch ! He really went above and beyond for us. He was very clean and professional with his services. I was also very impressed with the proper health and safety equipment he had . We will most definitely be using The Lucky Duct again . Definitely give him a call for any vent cleanings and sanitizing/disinfecting jobs!

Very happy to have called Chris. I spoke with 2 of his competitors prior. One was trying to charge me an arm and a leg without even looking at my home. And the other competitor was using scare tactics to get me to act quickly spending upwards of 2k to clean all of my equipment. As much as I think they would of done the job correctly. Chris offered to come over and he basically said even before he arrived that he could look at the unit and see if it financially was worth cleaning or replacing.
