Review is long overdue. Renzo and his team have installed and serviced both security cameras and alarm for me over 5 years ago. They have great products and customer service. Any issues that have come up over the years as with any product, they are always prompt and professional. Highly recommend their services

Boxer alarm installed cameras in my house. The damage they caused to my 5 day old floor and baseboards was more than the job was worth. Additional damage to my crown molding and ceiling was also unneccessary, unused and costly to repair. Full extent of possible damage was discussed prior to install. They assured one small hole at top of wall and one at bottom. Absolutely NO damage to brand new molding or expensive floors. Crown molding was to be damage free as someone coming to hide wires under it. The person who quoted was only there for minutes at beginning of job and left an installer that

After entertaining 4 quotes, hired Boxer Alarm to repair my existing security camera system which included relocating an existing camera and adding 1 additional for better coverage. Very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Pricing was reasonable (not the lowest, but not the highest). Showed up on time ready to work with all equipment that was needed. Brought 2 additional helpers and all worked well as a team. All work was completed in a timely manner and at the quoted cost. Would definitely hire again. Rod R.
