I see all these negative posts and I'm a little surprised. I've had 7 cars done here, they looked great at reasonable cost. Also my truck was leveled with rims and tires. Looks great and handles well off the road.
You have to remember, Tom gets asked the same questions 100 times a day, over and over. I thought he was a little rude at first too but he's not. He's cool as can be. I luv Tom, nice guy, honest and genuine. His price was the best and he was referred to me by my bf. I will only go to him from now on regarding my car. I read some of these other reviews and honestly they are either reviewing bad cuz they work for competitors or they expect more discount when they get there. So if you're going to be a punk and go here, just know you're better off getting your sh*t done somewhere else. Be real and he'll take care of you. Also they work fast. My tints look great.

If you want the best, your at the right place. This is my 3rd car getting tint and it's always high quality. It's been a while since I been here and just found out they move to a bigger location right next to there old location. The new place is huge but the work quality is still the same. Highly recommend.

I have a small used car dealership. A couple of my vehicles had bad tint jobs that started to bubble.
I got quotes from a couple of tint shops in the area for removal and Whittier Tint Shop was the most reasonable.
They were able to remove the tint from two different rearview windows.
Thankfully, the defrosters were not damaged either.
Both cars looks so much better now.
I'm happy with the price, service and quick turnaround time.
I was assisted by both Tom and Manny.

The service I received here was so bad that I am now looking for a different place to get my windows tinted on a new suv. They sell you on the lifetime warranty but when it comes to actually following up on it, nope not happening. They demanded the proof of paperwork, didn't want to look it up, and then when I showed the proof the salesman said oh yeah I see it right here in our system, so they can look it up they just don't want to. I wanted the back window redone after a few years of use, lots of bubbles in the tint. Was told it would be an all day job for one window. Then when I asked

I was told to bring in my car they had enough time to do it that day. I arrive to and am immediately told I never had called and that they could take me in the next day. It's bad enough they quote close to &
$40 more than surrounding shops but to be treated as if my time didn't matter was unnecessary. 3 cars would have came in after me had they done a good job. I will be looking elsewhere

200 dlls for lifetime warranty. The only thing they didn't tell me beforehand is that in order to keep warranty valid, you have to bring the car to them once a year for inspection...im ok with that but wish they would tell you before tint installation.
Found a bubble or 2 in my tint, they checked and no problem, they replaced the tint. Im happy with the quality of the tint film.

The employees have learned from the best when it comes to customer service. Tom is extremely unprofessional, lacks basic politeness, and demonstrates an annoyance for customers in general. His lack of leadership is present with the employees who provide the same type of service. Balant disregard for customers. Customers vote with their dollars and wts lost my vote.

No idea why so many bad reviews! Great customer service. Called for an estimate last week and to make an appointment. They do not accept appointments just got there early on a Saturday and was taken great care of. As a female I'm always wary of "extra charges" or trying to get ripped off not the case here; their prices were fair and upfront from my call last week. I was unsure about the color of tint and Manny even had the courtesy to take his time to show me the tint on his personal car. Really friendly guy and professional. Dropped it off at ~8:15 and was ready by 10! Lifetime

Don't call ahead for a quote. "Tom" the guy in the office is extremely rude and unprofessional. He tells you on the phone to come in but when you take your vehicle he never has time to do the job. He always tells you to come back the next day. Did it to me 3 times. He always changes the prices so be careful.

1- I was quoted ahead of time with a price when it came go pick up the price jumped up a additional 100 dollars.
2- Shorter guy who runs the shop claims my previous tint with him on a 2018 Mercedes C43 AMG wasn't ceramic. when I was a quoted 500 dollars for full ceramic tint or 300 dollars for "basic tint" I've quoted around and only ceramic tint or 3m tint would cost 500-600 dollars. Point is I paid 500 dollars that day and apparently I don't have ceramic tint. Nonetheless, the whole shop is completely unprofessional.

I have no idea why so many bad reviews ... I came here 8 years ago to put tint on a new car I purchased .. I got great service and great price .. I still have the car and till this day the tint is in perfect condition... that's why I came back today after wrk .. I purchased a Nissan Titan and needed to tint the front windows .. again great experience.. great price great service n they took my truck in ASAP.. was in and out in about a hour.. even got a good price quote for some rims and tires for my truck which I will be going back for next week ...

Very disappointed. First time here and they did a horrible job putting clear bra on my cousins brand new accord. It seems like it was put on in small cut pieces. Some spaces overlapped like crazy while others spots were left exposed and whole bunch of air bubbles. Wasted $500, it's ok you can keep it but you lost a customer. They offered to fix it, no thanks, I'm done. Peeling it off myself and taking it back to the other shop where I had my previous cars done for a little bit more money but a lot better quality.

This place has gone downhill to the extreme! What I once considered to be the go to place for all my cars at one point, has now become the place to avoid. Despite the crappy customer service and lack of personality, I raised concerns when I saw some issues with my tint job. Here we are two years later and I can't see anything out my rear window.

WORST PLACE EVER !!!!!! Two weeks after getting my windows tinted it had started coming off on the driver side. I had called to let them know about what was happening and they said to come down which sounded promising and btw I live in Long Beach . I had go to the shop and the check it out told me they couldn't fix my tint because, it's common for coupe to supposedly get like that and they needed the physical receipt when I only had a picture just in case this would happen. I would think they would remember me since It's only been 2 weeks. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE
