Andy came in and troubleshooted and fixed it would have been same day. But had to move my washer and dryer so the panel was acceptable. Took less than 30 mins to get it running. So happy to have heat and the price was not a horrible as I thought. They had installed this furnace 11 years ago and will make sure they always service it.

The gentlemen who came (I believe his name was Daniel) was fantastic, he replaced my control board, did the maintenance, informed me of their maintenance plan where they come out twice a year to do maintenance on your hvac system. My thermostat was down to 58 degree, I called around 7:20 and they were out within the hour. Fast professional and great service, highly recommend

Beau has been our guy at Brackett. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and answers any questions we may have. He suggested the I-wave air purifier for our unit. That has made such a huge difference in our air quality filtering out pollen, virus, etc. Thank you, Beau!

I've used Brackett for almost 30 hrs now and they have put systems in a few of the homes I've owned over the years. They are by far the most trustworthy heating and air company, with reasonable prices. They are very professional and went out of their way to get my new install completed that day. The service men are very knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend them!

We've used Brackett to service our furnace/ac for several years now. We really appreciate their front office staff that are always quick to help with a question or scheduling issues. The service techs are timely, efficient and so friendly. I appreciate that they take the time to answer my questions and explain any issues that arise. Today was no exception. Saw I had an error message on our thermostat which indicated furnace wasn't working. I called the office at 2:30 and at 3:00 Dave the service tech, was at the door. He quickly fixed the issue and did our semi annual cleaning and furnace
