They were absolutely amazing, my technician Trever did an fantastic job at accessing the issues with my current air conditioner and got me up and running until I could get a replacement. He had recommended several options and I couldn’t be happier with the one we selected. The installation was fast, maybe 4 hours of down time and they removed and cleaned up everything. I did however have a few issues a few weeks after installation but he was quick to come and make a few adjustments to the system and it is now operating just the way I like it. Freezing!!!! If any other adjustments need to be made

Furnace blower bit the dust on Saturday so no air conditioning. Called the office on Saturday night and Trevor called me back within minutes. Explained problem and he was very professional. Decided to go with a furnace replacement due to furnace being 20 years old. Tyler and Cody did a great job. They answered all my questions professionally. Have recommended this company for the last 5 years and will continue to do so!

1st time hiring Perfect Climate. They sent Trevor out. He called before showing up, was on time...was very pleasant and professional. He was fast and explained options. Very thorough in testing things electronically with his tools and offered some tips on maintenance that was behind. I like this outfit.
