Looking to replace an existing rug, match your furniture/decor, or for something truly unique? We can help! We currently offer two options for custom rugs. If you like one of our designs, you can purchase it in a custom size, by clicking the CUSTOM tab on the rug page. Want a custom designed rug? We can do that as well.
NOTE: If your rug pad is for a rug in your order, we will cut it specifically to fit your rug (1-3 smaller than the rug). If you prefer us not to cut your rug pad, please let us know in the notes of your order. A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SAFETY: If you are placing your rug pad under a small rug (especially a stairtread), we strongly urge you to affix the rug and rug pad to the floor.
Low overhead: We're a small, family owned business. We don't have the costs associated with management, salespeople, or advertising -- the vast majority of money we bring in is used to pay our workers and buy materials. We also make every order when we receive it; we don't have any costs associated with carrying inventory.
Returns are easy at Stroud Braided Rugs. If you're not happy, for any reason at all, at any time within 60 days of receiving your order, simply return the rugs for a full refund. We also offer a 90 day manufacturer guarantee that further protects you. Read our full return policy. We offer free samples of any rug you're interested in.
Stroud Braided Rugs is the only rug maker authorized, endorsed, and licensed by Realtree to manufacture a Realtree camo rug. Realtree patterns are the industry leader in camouflage for one simple reason: authenticity. This rug is made from cloth printed with Realtree's Max-4 pattern, which you can read about here.

Our rug arrived today, and it is absolutely beautiful! After reading the reviews online, though, I wasn't surprised that the craftmanship was excellent. We are so very pleased with our purchase.
I was so thankful to receive our rug in such a timely manner. We thought it would be nice to have when family came for Christmas, but it wasn't a necessity; so, we didn't specifically ask for that. We were assuming it would arrive at the beginning of the new year; so, it was such a surprise to receive it a week before Christmas.

What a top notch business this is, they bent over backwards to make sure I got what I wanted. Their website is wonderful, I spent hours on it. There was quick email, even phone call, response times to all my questions and the suggestion that I get samples to help me see the actual colors and feel for the rugs was the real clincher for my deciding to order from them. The fact that the rugs were made just for me and made in the US, and that Strouds is family owned business was was another key factor. The very short wait for my 4 rugs was icing on the cake. I will be a repeat customer!

I found you online and was amazed at the large selection of styles and colors. Finally decided on a 3' x 5' James River oval rug and custom fit rug pad. The rug arrived earlier than promised and we are really pleased with the quality, color, and craftsmanship. I know this rug will last us for many years. The custom rug pad works perfectly. We plan to purchase a larger rug for our dining room, and I will tell all my friends about your company. Thank you for confirming that "made in the USA" is still a truism.

Absolutely delighted by the quality of my rug. Buying such an item on-line can be problematic, but this was a great experience. In addition to the fine product, but something showing a concern Stroud has for delivering just what a client wants, is their offer for samples. By comparing two, I was able to assure getting exactly what was wanted before ordering. Would definitely do business with them again and recommend to a friend.

Excellent company to do business with. They generously sent me samples (twice!) and both the samples and the rug I eventually ordered came quickly. The rug was packaged in an environmentally friendly way, too, with no plastic but neatly wrapped in a cardboard box. It arrived perfectly and looks fantastic. I'm about to order a second rug! This is a solid company with a quality product and great customer service.
