Even though all of our rugs are made to order and are manufactured at our facility in Shelby, NC, our turnaround time is usually less than two weeks. Our yarn is special ordered and made to our specifications. The yarn is 100% American made in Dalton, GA. Over the years we have manufactured rugs using nylon, cotton, wool, polyester or acrylic yarn.
We now use a spun polypropylene yarn. This is by far the strongest most colorfast fiber we have ever used. It has the look and feel of wool but is far more durable. Our rugs are reversible, machine washable, and are so durable that they can even be used outside. Unlike other fibers that start out as a natural color and are soaked in dye, this spun polypropylene can even withstand pet "accidents" and not lose any color.

Services
We guarantee that your rug will lay flat and will be made with the exact yarn fibers and colors as ordered. Your rug will be within 1 inches of the exact dimensions ordered (over or under). Your rug comes with a lifetime warranty on the sewing stitches. If the sewing stitch were to break, i.e. dragging furniture across the rug, pet chewing, kids with scissors.

Amazing product made in USA. Ordered two last year and just ordered another one, after having to reach out to try to figure out the pattern of the previously purchased. This company provides quality workmanship and the longtime owner, Donna Noblitt, was knowledgeable and professional in every way in assisting me with my purchase. I love the colors and was allowed to customize the braid of the design by choosing an alternate yarn color. The rugs lay flat and are so beautiful. They are made in USA in Shelby North Carolina. We stopped at the factory during a February, pre-coronavirus, drive to Florida. Donna showed us how they make the braids and sew the rugs. A hands-on examination of the fibers and rugs reassured us that these… polypropylene, olefin, rugs are good quality. We ordered five rugs that day and picked them up on the return drive to Michigan. We’ve had them now for eight weeks and are very pleased with the quality, the feel, and the beauty of our rugs.

I have been looking for a braided rug for about a year. It is for my kitchen so I knew I needed a solid rug that could take use, abuse and pets! Donna helped me pick the right colors for my decor along with the right size for the space. This rug is wonderful.
