It took me over 3 weeks to finally get a call back from them even though I left a message and actually talked with a rep who said someone would get back with me right away. Once I had an appt scheduled (Which I am doing because of a baby coming in the next three weeks, I cut a business trip short (Not by long but by almost a day) to be here on their limited schedule availability.. When I got off my flight I was greeted by a voicemail saying that someone had called in sick and they were unable to complete the service ( This was under 90 minutes of time before the appt). I again called and was told

Be sure and get a written quote before having them do any work for you. I thought I would be charged what I had in the past for cleaning and this time they decided to charge me almost DOUBLE what they had in the past for the same service......they also said they were coming at two different times~ never showed or called. I will myself be looking for a different company in the future!!!
