Our residential carpet cleaning service is the most thorough and professional cleaning you can find. Our technicians are all certified and have years of experience. We are always stocked with the top of the line equipment and chemicals required to refresh and rejuvenate your carpets. All of our carpet cleaning methods are safe for humans and pets immediately after cleaning.
Commercial carpet cleaning is similar to residential carpet cleaning except that certain types of cleaning processes have proven to be more efficient in a commercial setting, and with carpeting used in commercial buildings. Depending on the carpeting and situation, we make adjustments to solutions we apply and the equipment utilized as we use our specialized knowledge to provide high-quality commercial carpet cleaning and protecting.
There are many different ways to clean area rugs. Often the material type dictates how a particular rug needs to be cleaned. We offer an on-site hot water extraction service as well as an off-site rug cleaning service. Off-site cleanings, when applicable, will include fully submerging your area rug in a professional rug pit designed specifically for deep cleaning area rugs.
Our tile and grout cleaning service applies to either residential or commercial tile. You may not even realize it, but your tile and grout can become soiled over time and will look brand new after a professional steam cleaning. We use specialized tile and grout cleaning chemicals and over 900psi steam at over 200 degrees to rinse, wash, and shine your tile floors and thoroughly clean your grout lines.

Best carpet cleaning service ever! I have a senior dog that I thought had destroyed my 3 year old carpet in one corner of my house. Tom replaced the padding, cleaned both sides of the carpet and it’s like new. I still cannot believe the results. I also had him clean the grout in my shower and it looks great. Very professional, friendly and his prices cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

When an owner is in the field working you know you’re going to get the best service possible. Thomas and his crew were very professional and did a great job at our commercial office building in downtown Fort Worth. The carpet was stained in some areas to the point we were thinking it was time for some new carpet. There was an area that was very stubborn and he had no complaints about coming out on another occasion to make it right. I highly recommend A1 Carpet care and disaster services and wish his company nothing but success in the future.
