Jordan was honest, patient, and flexible. He worked with us on the design end and was willing to put together a proposal that was fair in scope and price. He was willing to work with us and when we wanted more time to do our own research and was incredibly patient with us when we wanted to make changes and was professional and open to feedback. This review has been a long time coming. Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with and his tile work is impeccable. He is very meticulous and the backsplash he did for us came out beautifully. Our existing kitchen counter was slightly sloped and Jordan set the tiles in such a way that everything came out perfectly level. I highly recommend Blackstone Tile Company for any tile project and will definitely use him again in the future.

Blackstone Tile is a wonderful company to work with.! Jordan made needed repairs and professionally cleaned the shower in my master bath. He even repaired some spots on my tile floor in the bathroom. It all looks brand new! Having Blackstone Title as part of my yearly house maintenance will be a must. He gave me good ideas on how to clean and take care of the tiling in the bathroom.

We were in a time crunch for our remodel and our contractor’s tile person was unavailable for the time we needed. We found Blackstone Tile Company on Facebook, and took a chance…boy did that pay off! Jordan was extremely easy to work with; he was able to meet our deadlines and showed up on time every day. His quote was spot on and no surprises! We were so pleased with the work he did in our bathroom that we hired him to install the backsplash in our kitchen.
