Fireplace Professionals replaced our old direct vent gas fireplace and surround. They are a small family run business that takes great pride in covering all planning details and workmanship. During the removal and installation, Scott took the time to communicate issues found and explain how they would correct. All of the surrounding interior work area was well protected and without any damage. Site was cleaned up throughly at each stage. Only one subcontractor was used for new stacked stone surround and he did excellent work. Overall very pleased with the final design aesthetics, and workmanship

We just had a gas fireplace installed from the Fireplace Professionals , Inc. and we love it! Abbey Aaron and Scott were great to work with! They answered all our questions and concerns, they did a wonderful job and the fireplace looks like it was always there! We have had a lot of compliments on the fireplace and Steve Robb the stonemason did an excellent job on the stone! We highly recommend them!

My husband and I are very pleased with our new gas fireplace! The Fireplace Professionals did an excellent job from our first steps of consulting with Aaron and Abbie to the installation by Scott and Tanya. The electrician, dry wall installer and mason were all professional and friendly. All of our questions were answered along the way and Aaron was always available to be sure all went well and we were happy. We are beyond excited with what was once a vision-they made reality.

After waiting months for our gas insert to arrive, Scott arrived 90 minutes late for the installation appointment today. Within a few minutes of inspecting our fireplace he told us he couldn't install the unit without ripping out walls or running a new gas line. The tech who sold us the unit two months ago saw none of these issues and assured us we would have a working unit after a one-day, 2-3 hour install. Fireplace Pros offered no solutions, Scott said all he can do is apologize and left after a few minutes. This was a very disappointing experience and we wouldn't recommend this business.

Finally getting to writing a review from a fireplace installation last spring. This consisted of removing an existing wood burning insert and vent system and replacing it with a new gas insert and vent system. From the time my wife and I first contacted "The Fireplace Professionals" to the last day of installation (a total of 3 days for installation), they where friendly and polite answering all our questions and concerns, yet maintained a professional attitude and work ethic. They cleaned their work area every night before leaving and made sure that material left behind for use the next day would

We had a total wood fireplace removal and replacement including the 80s brick. Everyone we met was amazing. Communication was a little low at first but after I expressed concern Abbey went above and beyond to keep us updated. Everyone , including the contractors that came in to do the mantle and Mason workers, was so professional and I was able to keep my business open the entire time. Thank you so much! We purchased a home that had a Travis Elite wood fireplace already installed. The problem was the fireplace was burning extremely hot and not much heat into the living room. Fireplace Professionals sent a serviceman that understood the problem. After replacing the catalytic converter and all the fireplace door seals it appeared to fix the problem. After several burns I noticed the glass sealant was deteriorating and allowing air to flow into the fireplace. The issue was a Travis seal that was beyond its shelf life. When I asked how long to get a new seal from Travis that was certified I was

Let me start with: the receptionist was wonderful. We were bidding out a new fireplace system. The man who came to my house, however...He showed up late for the appointment, no apologies and literally snapped at me for telling him I had only a short window from the time he arrived until I had to leave. Then he proceeded to tell me how awful my house was set up for a fireplace (I had one in place...we were just replacing it!), and pointed out things he saw wrong in my older house that we are working to renovate, things that had NOTHING to do with the fireplace project. I tried to give them a 0 star but it would not let me. Paid $184.62 for a service visit in November 2017. The technician stated we needed the pilot assembly replaced but did not have the part. They stated they would order the replacement part and come back. It is now end of January and still no part. We called twice to follow up and both times it was claimed they ordered the part and it still has not arrived. I have found two other fireplace companies that carry that part as a stock item. I would not recommend this company
