Don't expect to get much service especially if Bob is helping you. He came out to measure and said it would be about a week and a half for the estimate. At the two week mark we returned some samples and asked if there was an update, no there was nothing. At the three week mark I called and ask the status. Nothing had been done and Bob was out of the office. I asked the guy who answered how long does it normally take to get an estimate and he said for him it was about 24 hours after the measurement and for Bob it was about 48 hours. I got American cherry hardwood flooring on a huge discount and Crowne Flooring is the Best! Bob was my salesperson and he was very competent and willing to go beyond what normal service would require. They stored my flooring for months when I was not ready , then gave me free delivery as I was too slow to pick up. I am a carpenter and business owner that has built many homes and dealt with many suppliers so believe me they are the awesome.

We had a great experience with crown flooring. Brian was extremely helpful in getting us all set up with the product we wanted and helped us save a little money in the process. The installers are excellent, they were professional and thorough. They also were great problem solvers. When a couple of unexpected issues arose, they we're able to work through them without skipping a beat. I highly recommend using crown flooring for your next project; you will not be disappointed.

Dave and his team were very communicative with me and treated the project like a partnership. I have a very busy schedule and they worked with me on that. I had a custom epoxy floor installed which, each piece is unique. Dave was present at the time of the coloring to ensure it had the look I was striving for. All touch-ups near the end were completed to my satisfaction. I recently had Crown Flooring re-finish my hardwood floor. I learned a lot from the process not only about my floor but about what good customer service can do for the whole feel of the company.I got 3 bids before I started and decided to go with them because I heard they did quality work.
