My Dad talked on the phone about tile and was told by the man to stop in to see their selection. We did so and were met by a rude, condescending woman. She said she prefers appointments, which was not conveyed by the man over the phone, to control how many people are there (as I look and we are the only people there). She then with an eye roll asked if we even knew what we wanted. My Dad tried to explain,but was interrupted by her to say that we wouldn't be able to finalize anything today. We left then. Not only is it hard for my dad to leave his house because of his health, but this project has

My wife and I set an appointment with the owner at his store in Sun Prairie. We drove almost an hour from Pewaukee just to get no showed by Mike the owner. His wife helped us and we picked out some tile for our project. The owner then took days to respond to our simple texts. Five days after we visited their store we still did not have a proposal. The owner was not even apologetic when we texted him and said we were going to look for someone who was reliable. Buyer beware with this place.
