Solid wood is milled from a single 3/4-thick piece of hardwood. Because of its thickness, a solid hardwood floor can be sanded and refinished over several generations of use. Solid wood flooring expands and contracts with changes in your home's relative humidity. Normally, installers compensate for this movement by leaving an expansion gap between the floor and the wall.
Tile continues to be the most timeless, beautiful, and long-lasting floor or wall product out there. Tile comes in unlimited options of porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, metal and glass. It is fully customizable, durable, low maintenance and can add that "pop" you are looking for. Layer 1: A melamine backing layer that provides a moisture barrier and structural integrity and stability. Layer 2: A dense, strong inner layer, sometimes called core-board made of compressed wood fiber.

We would never do business with this company again. We had porcelain tiles installed in our guest bathroom in 2017. We have cracked grout, cracked tile, a huge gouge in our bathtub. We also had tile installed around our fireplace and hearth. The hearth tiles are loose and need to be replaced by a reputable tile installer. Michaela, the manager for tile job, was here once in 2018. She told us that the concrete floors under the tile have moved and handed us an estimate to fix the improper install job. We just called again about tile problems with no call back to date. We are very disappointed with

I love the tile but cannot recommend this merchant. CS4's sales representative came to my house, measured, and calculated the amount for me to buy. After installation, with 2 unopened boxes (cost over $260) left over, I was told these are not returnable. This is quite a scam: padding the estimate and sticking the customer with useless product.

I am doing a bathroom remodel and went to this location to find a tile. I was kindly greeted and helped with picking a tile. However, when I asked how much each of them were per square foot, she said “I’m not sure”. She found a book to look it up but said she still wasn’t sure if it was right and that she would ask someone later on. I never heard from her. After taking home the samples, I came back ready to order. I was greeted by a different girl. I manage 140 properties in Platteville, Wisconsin which are all student housing. We go through a lot of flooring each year. We only have about 10 days to get units ready and Creative Solutions always get the jobs done by deadline. They will work all weekend long right along side my own crew. Lee himself checks on the installers quite regularly and has even got on his knees and pulled staples to prep the floor!! Customer service is outstanding and the pricing is great. They don't charge a fortune even for the weekend work. I would highly recommend this company!
